Regarding the beach area, we truly appreciate your feedback. The “swampy bog” you noted is actually Sargassum, a naturally occurring seaweed that periodically drifts through the Florida Keys. While it can cause odors and discoloration in the water, it is a normal part of our coastal ecosystem and something all oceanfront properties in the Keys experience from time to time. We understand it’s not the most pleasant aspect of paradise, but it is a natural, seasonal occurrence.
