Located on a quiet block and sitting adjacent to Barnegat Bay, this property offers spectacular views and direct access to the 11th Street private bay beach. This listing is for the downstairs unit on a 2 story duplex.

Enjoy sunrise and sunset on the covered porch, bike rides along the bay, walking to restaurants, bars, mini golf, ice cream and everything Surf City has to offer. A bay beach right at the end of the street allows you to swim, kayak and enjoy the water just steps from the house. An easy walk to the ocean makes for an enjoyable day.
