Fantastic holiday property. Good transport links to town, great facilities, wonderful swimming pool. Could do with some cooker instructions but apart from that, everything was brilliant! Thank you.

Fabulous and comfortable Villa

A beautiful Villa with a great location to the metro which took us into Valencia which was only 20 mins away. A very comfortable place which had everything you needed for a truly memorable stay.

Lovely Holiday

Villa was spacious, on a sizable plot. Pool was fantastic, kids loved it. Location was a lovely, quiet neighbourhood with easy access via the Metro to the centre of Valencia for day trips.

Comfortable and beautiful

Beautiful, peaceful, well kept and spotless house. Attention to detail and very good hosts. Sometimes difficult to get a taxi during the winter when traveling with eldearly people, but otherwise the train is within walking distance.

A well kitted out and spacious villa with a huge pool which was a massive selling point of the villa. Nice, quiet location but nothing really easily accessible by foot. Fans in each room but lack of air conditioning made the rooms very hot and hard to sleep in. Lots of amenities and plenty of rooms. The villa was ideal for us as it was a party of 8 and we had hired a car. 25 minute drive into Valencia - without a car we'd have felt a little isolated.

Spacious, Beautiful and Well Designed.

I can’t recommend this villa enough. We were a group of eight and there was so much space for us all. Love all the little areas around the villa to chill out and chat. The back porch, the pogoda (great for yoga!), the pool area and just the villa in general - amazing. So much time was spent relaxing and enjoying ourselves here - all eight of us were blown away. The area nearby (5 minute walk) is also so lovely and full of friendly people. I really recommend the tapas restaurant (The Chill Out Bar/Bar Chill Out?). We had an incredible meal there and it was fantastic value for money. Very easy to get into Valencia from the Metro there and so reasonably priced. Àngel, who met us was very warm and friendly too. Fantastic stay.

Nice but a bit far away from the Valencia sights

We were not expected so the cleaning staff was still there and could not speak English. The owner compensated us. The pool was not heated so it was a chilling plunge.it was a spacious, well appointed property albeit some of the appliances did not work and some did but not well. Sadly due to our unexpected arrival we were not shown how to use them or given a tour of the property.

Corinne

The property was excellent. Arrival went smoothly, using a lockbox that worked exactly as per instruction. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, including a large walk-in larder. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and very clean, with towels left on each bed, as well as plenty of toilet roll, soap, shampoo etc. There was also a cupboard with sun cream, toothpaste, spare towels etc. that was extremely thoughtful. The smart tv was a good size and there is plenty of seating in the lounge room. The gardens and pool area really set this property above others, with plenty of space to relax and a pool that is clean and great for lazing in as well as getting some exercise. We didn't use the BBQ area but it looks fantastic with a huge outdoor burner for cooking paella. Having an extra fridge freezer outside is also a very useful. The property is in a quiet residential area, with a metro stop, bars, cafes, restaurants and stores just 10 min walk away. The metro takes around 25 mins to get to central Valencia. We had 6 of us staying but it would comfortably sleep 10 people. I would recommend this villa!

Aunque no hizo muy buen tiempo, la estancia estuvo genial, la casa comodisima, completa, amplia, no pasamos frío, aunque se echa de menos más luz en la parte exterior. Sin duda repetiriamos. Gracias

Family holiday

Great villa and pool, with everything we needed. We had lots of space. The area is quiet, lovely and felt very safe. We hired a car, which made it easy to get around, but the metro is not far, and there also seemed to be lots of buses. Some nice restaurants and bars nearby also. The villa had AC in the living room only but there were plenty of fans. We would definitely stay again.

Miraculous!

We were working a show at the Fira Valencia. 8 of us. So much better then a hotel! The team is like family and this is the place to be. The grounds are spectacular! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and modern. All of the amenities are state of the art. You have multiple places to chill, share meals, and the bbq and pallea stove are great. We made great dinners and the pool rivals those of hotels. The neighborhood has some great places to eat, easy markets, first class neighborhood . I can’t wait to come back and I’m so bummed we had to leave. Thank you Elliot and Anna

Very nice villa

We enjoyed our stay a lot!! The trip to downtown by cab takes 25 minutes, sometimes it took a while before the cabs arrived. The villa itself is amazing!
