Tres bon emplacement

Nous avons été accueillis par Pilar et tout de suite elle nous a mis à l'aise pour prendre possession de la maison. Tout est fait pour être tranquille, et rejoindre Valence par le métro à 15 mns. Un séjour au calme nous a bien remonté la forme, l'espace est appréciable. Nous reviendrons.

Muy atentos y buena zona

Hemos estado cinco días en la casa de Pilar y han sido maravillosos. Pilar es muy atenta y agradable. La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 5 minutos andando hay un parque, pipican, supermercados, farmacia 24h… y muy cerca de Valencia capital. Sin duda cuando volvamos a visitar la zona nos alojaremos de nuevo en su casa.

Wonderful house Great hosts

Firstly I want to thank Pilar and Matias for their hospitality and help while we stayed at their lovely home. Nothing was too much trouble and Pilar suffered my struggling Spanish with valour! Her english is very good so we managed wonderfully. The house and gardens were perfect for us and our two dogs, the dogs loved the gardens and cooling off on the large terrace. There was plenty of room on the drive to park our car which is a very large estate. The kitchen is very well equipped with toaster kettle and for me the obligatory coffee pod machine and the washing area was a godsend. Beds were comfortable bedding plentiful and bathrooms well stocked. The pool was clean and surprisingly warm and a lovely place to spend a few hours. The area was perfect for us because it was quiet and near to a supermarket and bakery and close to roads into Valencia. The local bakery is fantastic and make the best bread and cakes i've tasted in years and were a real treat for us. There was also a great shop on the corner that sold everything you would need for the home plus some silly souvenirs and inflatables for the pool. When we were there a LIDL store was being built on the main road which along with mercadona will give plenty of choice. We loved our stay at this house and only wish we could have stayed for longer. We were made so at home by Pilar and she was always at the end of a phone or email to answer our queries. The whole rental was a complete joy and we left with many wonderful memories. Muchas gracias por todo Pilar y Matias, nuestro amor de Valencia continúa.

Séjour à l'Eliana

Nous revenons de notre séjour chez Pilar avec mes amis, et nous avons été ravis. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine (malgré la chaleur !!!). La maison est agréable, dans un quartier clame et nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine, tout est bien entretenu aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La climatisation a été très appréciée !!! Nous remercions encore Pilar pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse, elle a été à notre écoute pour que nos vacances se passent bien ainsi que notre retour !!! Superbe séjour

Un délicieux séjour qui est passé trop vite. Pilar et Mathias sont vraiment à la disposition des locataires, tant pour la propriété (entretien de la piscine) que pour nous initier aux activités et découvertes locales. Des vacances des plus agréables. Le charme de la maison et la piscine nous invitent à apprécier encore plus cette magnifique région de Valence. On y reviendra avec grand plaisir.

Trés sympa

Maison avec jardin et piscine trés sympathique. La climatisation est vraiment un plus vu les chaleurs. Le village est proche de Valence et les plages sont à 15 mins en voiture. Propriétaires trés gentilles. Un très bon séjour avec 2 enfants.

Este sera el cuarto año que estamos en casa de Pilar y Matías. Los propietarios muy amables y siempre pendientes de nuestra comodidad. Cualquier detalle se soluciona con prontitud. Destacar que para nosotros son como de la familia. Tranquilidad a 15 min de la ciudad. El pueblo con muchos servicios y a 5 min en coche. La casa perfecta, La terraza se usa todo el dia y la piscina una verdadera delicia. Dispone también de paellero. En fin, han pensado en todos los detalles y eso se agradece. CALIDAD-PRECIO INMEJORABLE

Esta casa la recomiendo a todos.Ideal con o sin niños,hemos estado 2 familias,4 mayores y 5 niños,en total una semana encantadora.La barbacoa no paraba ,entre paellas y asados de carne.Centro comercial a 5 minutos en coche y mercadona a 5 minutos andando. Un saludo a Pilar y Matias,los propietarios,son encantadores y un buen trato. No nos falto de nada.GINES DE ALMERIA.
