Gorgeous and Spacious Four Bedroom Townhouse. Great Location!

Gorgeous and spacious four bedroom three bath home for your next family vacation in Avalon. Newly renovated kitchen and floors. Stainless steel kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and two AC units. Professionally decorated and extremely well maintained, our home is bright and open with all amenities; the perfect place for you to have a relaxing getaway.
Our location is ideal. Guests can walk everywhere during their stay: Shopping, dining, entertainment, mini-golf, ice-cream, coffee shops, bakeries, grocery store, fresh produce, fresh seafood, emergency care, a public dock for fishing or crabbing, Wawa, and the beach. There is a quiet boardwalk, playground, public bathrooms, and arcade.

Our third floor offers a master suite with a king bed, 32" flat screen LCD TV, walk in closet, and private balcony with bay views to enjoy the gorgeous view. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks.

The second, an open floor plan, has a full kitchen with tile floor and Corian countertops that opens up into the dining/living area with a gas fireplace and sectional couch to enjoy the 65" HD LCD TV. There is a large deck area off the living room to enjoy cocktails after the beach or outside dining while watching beautiful sunsets. The second floor also has a large bedroom with three single beds and a full bathroom.

The first floor has a full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a separate laundry area. One bedroom has a full bed with a 32" LCD flat screen TV, and the other bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. This bedroom opens out to a deck and has a 32" LCD flat screen TV.

We have a garage for your convenience, three off street parking spots, a fenced in private yard, gas grill, and outside shower.

We offer wireless internet for our guests along with 6 beach tags for your enjoyment.

We hope that our home becomes one of your favorite vacation spots.

This house was absolutely perfect for our 6 night stay! Katie was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. The house was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect. Short, easy walk to the beach, as well as many shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit Avalon in the future!

Wedding weekend in Avalon

We rented this home for a long weekend with our family for our nieces wedding. The home was lovely, fully provisioned, and convenient to shops and restaurants in Avalon.

Our stay was excellent. The location is perfect- close to downtown, Wawa and just four blocks to the beach. The house is well stocked, but the real winner was the garage with chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and even a cart to tote your things with. Tops on our list was also the extra garage fridge and freezer. We had an awesome time.

Perfect Location!

Our group had a great time during our stay. The location of this property is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and very close to all of the local restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Katie and Dave were wonderful to work with! We will certainly be back again!

I cannot day enough how wonderful the home was. The photos do not do it justice. Location is perfect - you can walk to everything in town. It is ideal. Also Katie was so responsive and the check in process was so easy. She also gave such detailed information about the house and wonderful suggestions for things to do, restaurants, shopping etc. You cannot go wrong staying here and a wonderful vacation for a family or group of friends.

End of Summer getaway!

We had a great week! The owners were amazing and so easy to contact! The house was beautiful and across the street from the bay. The beach was a short walk, only 3-4 blocks, away. And you are so close to restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping and mini golf! Thank you for a great week!

Autumn Wedding

The location was perfect attended a wedding in Stone Harbor. It was perfect for us and what we needed. We had 3 generations staying in the house and it fit all of our needs. The weather was wonderful for the end of September and made it to the beach every day. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed. They also had beach equipment available to use and the beach access was a few blocks away. Beautiful view of the bay off the deck and lots of amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Playground, golf, stores and groceries were all with in walking distance. Owners were very accommodating.

Beautiful, well kept house perfect for cozy family getaway

The house was even nicer than photos show, and the location was awesome. The owners were very responsive to all questions and friendly. Our kids, 14 and 10, and my mother-in-law all had space to spread out and relax even when we couldn't go out due to the weather. Beautiful view of the sunset, and just a few steps to the Wawa, minigolf, and town shops. We didn't venture out much due to weather and covid.

Great week in Avalon!

Great home for a beach vacation! Perfect size for 2 families with small children. Very clean and well equipped. It is close to restaurants and shopping and the beach is a few blocks away. The owners were very responsive and attentive to all our needs. We had a great stay!

Wedding in Avalon

We had a family wedding in Avalon (cousin). The home was spacious and clean - plenty of space for the 6 adults (my wife and four adult kids). Excellent hang out space for games and conversation. All of the amenities of home (and then some) were available. We highly recommend it!

Convenient and comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable and convenient to everywhere. We were here for our son’s wedding at the Icona and had guests coming in and out. Four very private bedrooms on 3 quite self contained floors. Our young granddaughters were very at ease and had their own space.
