Nestled in a mature wooded setting, highlights include a large cathedral screened porch, gentle sloping lot, concrete walkway and a covered dock. A vacation you will remember for those great lakeside BBQs and waterfront entertaining with deep water at the dock, loads of privacy and year-round boating of any kind. There are multiple patio doors leading to the natural landscape with a porch and decking that is truly large enough to be used for your choice of additional living space, dining space or the family's every day relaxing space. Two floors - the main level features hardwood floors, two stories of windows with a cathedral ceiling and, the highlight of successful family gatherings; an open combination of a living room, dining room and spacious kitchen. There are two bedrooms on both sides of the great room, each with a private vanity half bath space and full bath in the middle. The basement has another great room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The fully-stocked kitchen features ample counter space, large eat-in bar-top and a dining table with seating for 10 + Conveniently located minutes from the marina; Clemson, Seneca and Anderson area restaurants, medical and shopping.

Beautiful lake house! We’re three Clemson families that rent a house annually for a football weekend. This is the best one yet! There is plenty of room for everyone and the owners have thought of everything. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and the fire pit. Communication was great and easy check in/out. Hope to be able to go back next year

We had three families stay at this amazing property for three nights in August. We had just an absolute blast and the most amazing weekend! Communication with the owners was outstanding - super quick and helpful. The home is not only beautiful but thoughtfully stocked with everything you need on vacation. Between the literal dozens of life jackets, lake toys, and comfy dock we were well equipped to spend hours and hours on the lake making memories. The kitchen might be the best/most stocked kitchen in a rental we have ever seen. Plenty of dishes, flatware, and cookware for everyone without constantly having to wash dishes. The layout of the upstairs bedrooms was very comfortable and well thought out. The cozy living room was perfect for late nights playing games and talking. Downstairs, however, was the kid’s dream come true! They loved the separate boys and girls bunk rooms along with all of the games and toys. We all loved that they had their own hang out space and kept all the craziness downstairs, giving the adults a chance to relax! We also utilized the grill and hot tub, both working wonderfully. Overall the property was an A plus. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property and perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen is large, modern, and very well stocked. The living areas are spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are all great. There are so many things to do available - ping pong, pool, Pac-Man, hot tub, so many lake toys and much much more. The owners are so kind and quick to respond to any questions/requests. Well maintained home and very clean! Would 100% stay again. Our family loved our weekend here!

We’ve stayed at Lake Hartwell the last few years and this Lake House was the best. It definitely checked all the boxes and more. The memories we created were priceless! I would highly recommend this Lake House!

A lakeside weekend

We spent the weekend at this property for my brothers bachelor party. If you want a relaxing lake trip this is the perfect property. Not only is it spacious and clean but it has everything you need to enjoy the lake, floatation devices, balls, paddle boards, kayaks, you name it. Cannot recommend enough.

Well Thought out rental property

Great House. The owners do a good job preparing for their guests. They thought of everything from firewood for the outdoor pit, inner tubes/kayaks for the lake, and plenty of propane for the grill. Well stocked.

Our crew had a great time! We loved the set up of the house. Each room upstairs having its own half-bath was perfect. The kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed gathering around the island and table socializing. The guys loved the ping-pong / pool table!

Great place to stay

We were very pleased with our stay here. We had ages 6mo-60+. The kitchen was fully stocked including decent nonstick frying pans and a butter dish! The house had plenty to do from the ping pong table to kayaks to darts. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and great for relaxing. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location

This is in a super quiet part of the lake and also very short run to big water for tubing, etc.. The house really doesn't lack anything. The kitchen is super equipped and there's tons of room inside for a big family. But the outside space is great so who cares about the inside, really. It was all great.

This house was perfect for our reunion at the lake! 4 bedrooms and 2 jack and jill baths upstairs meant each couple had their own bed, sink, and toilet; two showers were shared between two bedrooms. The downstairs had a full bath and two bunk rooms that fit our kids perfectly. There was a pool table with ping pong topper, games, and lake toys galore that kept us occupied, even though it rained almost all weekend! The shed is FULLY stocked with water toys and safety equipment enough for our crew of 8 adults and 6 kids. The hosts were communicative and responsive when we had questions, and even helped us get an app DLed to the smart TV for a sporting event we hoped to watch. The house is well stocked and equipped in the kitchen. Our only advice would be: more lake/swim towels available would be great (the dryer was hard to get working and we only found a few towels that weren't in bathrooms), and a second fridge would be extremely helpful as the house sleeps so many people. But overall, this was a GREAT weekend on the lake and we hope to come back soon!

Great Lake house!!

This Vrbo is a perfect house for a family vacation. Everything you need for a lake vacation - floats kayaks etc. are there and in working order. Both the dock and fire pit have plenty of seating for family gatherings. The screen porch was extremely comfortable and great for morning coffee. The owner was available and responsive if we had any questions. Perfect rental for a Clemson visit. We will definitely be back!!
