700m from beautiful beaches and the "Cap", from the GR223, you have one side of the house with a sea view in the bedrooms and the other of a large garden, very well exposed and peaceful.
Only 2 km from the heart of Barfleur, one of the most beautiful villages in France, you can take advantage of the shops, markets, or even observe the landings and buy your fish, mussels and crustaceans directly from the trawlers.
