Tolles Haus und super Lage

Wenn man einen Ort zur Erholung sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem tollen großen Grundstück in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Man hört eigentlich nur das Meeresrauschen und die Vögel zwitschern. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist vorbildlich und sehr nett.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très agréable maison en bord de plage

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en avril dans cette maison qui se trouve à littéralement 2 pas d’une très jolie plage. Maison confortable et environs très calmes et isolés, parfait pour se reposer.

Perfekter Urlaub in der Normandie

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in diesem Haus. Alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus besticht durch seine fantastische Lage und Meerblick ohne Ende. Der Zugang zum Meer/Strand erfolgt über den Garten, perfekt! Für Reisende die Ruhe, leere Strände und Buchten genießen und insbesondere mit Kindern oder auch mit Hund reisen, ideal. Die Vermieterin Clara ist ausgesprochen nett, super erreichbar, reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen und auch eine Ansprechpartner vor Ort ist direkt verfügbar. Fazit: Immer gerne wieder, absolute Empfehlung!! Vielen Dank, dass wir Gast sein durften.

Im Rhythmus der Gezeiten

Wir haben ein geräumiges Haus mit Meeresblick gesucht: an einem ruhigen, friedlichen Ort, ohne Nachbarn, die einem auf den Teller gucken können, ohne Straßenlärm, mit ausreichend Platz für unsere beiden Hunde und für uns Zwei, drinnen wie draußen, um sich auszubreiten, damit die Seele zwanglos baumeln kann. Einfach mal wieder am Meer sitzen und an nichts denken… Genau das haben wir im Fort Joret 20 gefunden!!! Durch den großen Garten (herrlich für Kinder! (unsere sind schon groß)) braucht es keine 300 Schritte bis zum Strand. Jede Mahlzeit konnten wir mit Meeresblick im großzügigen Wintergarten genießen und dabei dem Spiel der Gezeiten folgen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man für die perfekte Dorade braucht. Das Wohnzimmer ist mehr eine Halle mit Empore und bietet zudem eine sehr gute Akustik. Für Menschen mit Instrumenten perfekt! Sogar eine Staffelei war vorhanden, um die Farben einzufangen. 😊 Dusche und Toilette sind bereits seniorenfreundlich ausgestattet. Wir könnten also in einigen Jahren noch wiederkommen. 😉 Es gibt genügend Tische zum Essen, Malen, Schreiben, Lesen, seufz, und auch zum gelegentlichen Arbeiten im Haus! Man soll nicht glauben, in wie vielen Ferienhäusern Tische Mangelware sind. Und schließlich: die Kommunikation mit Clara war sehr freundlich und angenehm! Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Großen und herzlichen Dank für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt!!! Lutz & Andrea

Fantastische Lage

Wir haben den 12-tägigen Urlaub mit Hund sehr genossen. Sehr schönes Haus mit großem eingezäunten Grundstück in toller Lage mit freiem Blick auf Meer und Strand, besonders aus dem verglasten Wintergarten. Vollständige und großzügige Ausstattung. Freundliche und perfekte Kommunikation mit Besitzerin und Betreuerin.

Unglaublich schöne Aussicht

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war für unsere Zwecke perfekt geeignet und toll eingerichtet. Ein Kamin, der gerade neu eingebaut wurde, konnte von uns genutzt werden und hat eine wunderbare Wärme verbreitet. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit Clara. W-Lan gab es auch, was für unsere großen Kinder und für uns vorteilhaft war. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Der Urlaub in und um das Haus war super entspannt. Nur ein paar Schritte und man ist am Meer. Rechts und links vom Haus ist Strand. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden dort, und auch die haben sich "pudelwohl" gefühlt. la maison aurait besoin d'une rénovation le double vitrage n'est plus efficace il y a de l'humidité entre les verres une télé serait la bien venu surtout pour les soirée d'hiver et compte tenu du prix de la location les couvertures des lits sont de petites tailles et la nuit on se retrouve découvert en été pas de problème mains en hiver il fait froid pas d'autres problèmes si non des radiateurs qui ne fonctionnaient pas mais que mon fils à pu dépanner

Unser Urlaub in Fermanville

Wir (4 Erwachsene+2 Hunde) haben einen schönen Urlaub genossen. Wer Natur pur und Ruhe sucht, wird von diesem Ort begeistert sein. Der nahe Strand lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, der Wintergarten bietet eine tolle Sicht auf die See. Insbesondere für unsere 2 Hunde war die Anlage genial. Fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants gibt es leider nicht, sodass Mobilität vorhanden sein muss. Bei der Ausstattung des Hauses hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist im einfachen Landhausstil. Für uns waren es erholsame 14 Tage. Zum Ausspannen und Genießen, von unserer Seite aus uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Danke Clara, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Großartige Lage

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Man geht durch den eigenen, riesigen Garten, folgt einem kleinen Pfad und steht direkt am Strand. Einmalig. Der Strand war auch wirklich sehr wenig besucht. Der Wintergarten im Haus ist sehr praktisch. So kann man auch bei dem Wind, der öfter mal weht, doch "draußen" sitzen. Die Küche ist in Ordnung. Bad ist neu und bietet viel Abstellfläche. Die Betten sind mit 140 cm etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber auch von den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen schönen Blick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Schöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Wintergarten mit Blick aufs Meer, das große Grundstück und die ruhige Lage haben uns eine schöne Urlaubswoche ermöglicht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Bad ist neu. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer die an den Wintergarten angrenzend und ebenfalls Blick aufs Meer haben. Die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit ist auf der Empore, diese haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Wer ein großzügiges Haus mit Grundstück, Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das WLAN hat bei uns schlecht bis gar nicht funktioniert, aber ich denke, dass es hierfür zeitnah noch eine andere Lösung geben wird. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. -:)

Kurzurlaub im Mai

Sehr zu empfehlendes sauberes traumhaft gelegenes Ferienhaus direkt am Strand mit genug Platz. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Von der Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin bis zur Umgebung. Wir werden wohl nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ferien mit Meerblick

Wir waren Mitte bis Ende September im Ferienhaus mit unseren drei Hunden. Die Lage ist super mit tollem, eingezäuntem Garten. Vom Garten in 2 MInuten zu Fuss am Strand. Die Vermiterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation vorbildich. Übergabe klappte auch super. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in unseren Ferien. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke Frau Notter.

Hervorragende Lage, Unterkunft und Gastgeber

Von Anfang an war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Sehr schöne Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage. 2 min. bis zum Sandstrand. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vorbildlich. Wir können diese Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Merveilleux séjour, wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wonderful stay

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances avec nos deux enfants et notre chien dans cette jolie maison propre et très bien équipée. La vue est magnifique, la plage avec accès privé est super et il y a de très beaux sentiers pour se promener dans la nature. La remise des clés s’est bien passée et Clara s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Merci beaucoup ! Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern und unserem Hund wunderschöne Ferien in diesem sauberen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, der Strand mit Privatzugang ist einfach toll und es gibt sehr schöne Spazierwege durch die Natur. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief einfach und problemlos. Außerdem hat Clara darauf geachtet, dass es uns an nicht gefehlt hat. Vielen Dank! We had a wonderful holiday with our two children and our dog in this lovely clean and very well equipped house. The view is beautiful, the beach with private access is great and there are very nice trails to walk in nature. The handing over of the keys went well and Clara made sure we didn't miss anything. Véritable bien-être.

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de Clara .Une propriétaire à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Maison très propre ,spacieuse, complète et une vue magnifique. Un beau grand jardin clos pour le bonheur de tous y compris nos amis à 4 pattes. De belles promenades et la proximité de la mer nous ont ravis, nous en avons même oublié la télévision. Une adresse précieuse.
