Winter getaway

Great place to stay. It had everything you need and was very comfortable. The neighborhood is perfect for walking bike riding and has three restaurants in gated community. The owner communicated regularly and we will stay again. Loved it!

Perfect Getaway!

We loved our stay in KCB at this wonderful home! It was even more beautiful than the pictures and had everything we needed and more. We relaxed by the pool, went for long walks and enjoyed Sunset Beach in the evening. The owners were very easy to communicate with as well. We hope to make it back next year!!

Great house with lots of room for all of us!! The pool was awesome and really enjoyed the entire time here!! Bette was alwsys there when we needed her-- just little things---nothing drastic! The house has everything you need for your stay!!

We were a mixture of adults and teen agers. One of our boats had mechanical porblems but we made the best of it and had a great time. Communications with Betty were quick and easy. Will definitely visit again.

What a great experience

Check-in was great owner of property was wonderful to deal with. Master bedroom bed was the best sleep I’ve had in a long time took a picture of the brand so I can buy one for my own home. Kitchen was well appointed Pool was great, dock was great one morning I fished in my pajamas, would definitely recommend this to everybody

Best vacation rental!

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is so much bigger than it looks. The kitchen and living area are a great size. Out back is an amazing place to relax. Don't miss out on going to the Club to enjoy the pool, beach, and bar! It's a great perk that comes with the house. Key Colony is a wonderful place to stay in Marathon Key.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was great, just perfect for our two families, including four teenagers. We enjoyed the pool and the dock worked perfectly for our boat. Bette, our host, was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

Beyond expectations!

Wonderful experience. House was amazing, pool was fantastic. Sits on a canal with a great view. Nearby bars and restaurants, just a quick drive or even walk. We did the sunset at the beach just a 5 minute walk away. Exceptional! We normally try not to revisit somewhere we have been, but this place may be hard to pass up.

Key Colony Vacation

Perfect location. House, pool and outside is beautiful, exactly as described. We brought a boat that we used daily. Dock area was perfect. Lots of fish caught for an added bonus. Bette was wonderful with communication and anything needed. Didn’t want to leave! This was the nicest rental we have stayed out in Key Colony and would definitely stay again!

Very convenient location. Close and easy route to EvergreenHealth in Kirkland.

House setup nicely with large open area providing a good play area. Essential Items for kitchen, bathrooms and laundry all provided onsite to include soaps, laundry pods and softener sheets, lotion, shampoo, coffee pods, which was convenient and very appreciated. Our host was always quick to respond and most helpful in every situation. We will definitely return if/when we are in the area.
