We would definitely staybat this property again. The house itself was very spacious for our group of 7, very clean, well stocked, and just overall very pleasing. Pool is large and great for all ages. We brought our pontoon boat and were able to tie up to the dock with ease, leaving some slack for low tide. Overall, we were very happy with this rental and the neighborhood.

Beautiful property. Newly renovated / redecorated. Clean, convenient, considerate owners & management. Great pool, brand new dock, less than 5 min idle to ocean and gulf. One of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in.

The house was fantastic! There was plenty of room for our large group, and the open living room and kitchen area provided a great space for everyone to gather comfortably. The pool area was awesome and quickly became one of our favorite spots to relax.The dock was a perfect size for our boat, and the deep canal made docking easy and convenient. The location was wonderful—right off Vaca Cut, making access to the water incredibly convenient.The staff at Coco Plum Vacation Rentals were amazing. We had an issue the day after we arrived, and it was resolved within just a few hours. Their customer service and responsiveness were outstanding.Communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great vacation rental in the Keys!

What a wonderful home! We only stay in houses in Key Colony each year and this was one of the best so far. The house is spacious, has everything you need, and is perfect for a large group. We had 8 adults, lots of fishing rods, and our dog, and there was plenty of space. The pool is beautiful. When we arrived late on Sat afternoon, the air in the downstairs bedrooms was not working and the pool had fire work remnants in it. The rest of the house air was great and beautiful! We reached out first thing in the morning and by 3:00 that afternoon the air was fixed and the pool was cleaned. We couldn't have asked for a more responsive team. Thank you for a terrific week!
