About this property

Welcome to 3 Little Bears Lodge in Gatlinburg Tennessee...It’s a hidden Gem you will fall in love with!!
You will experience a sense of privacy and the beauty of nature while still being close to all the wonderful activities Gatlinburg has to offer! Guests frequently send photos of bears nearby! The lodge is located within a community, however, it is secluded and offers privacy and amazing views of the Smoky Mountain National Park.
We have a private gated driveway and flat parking for several cars.
We have a 5 star cleaning company to ensure your safety!
Locations:
15 min to the downtown area of Gatlinburg
Bent Creek Golf course at base of mountain! (bring your clubs)!
4 min to convenience store with deli
5 min to the entrance of Great Smoky Mountain National Park which has creeks, great picnic areas, and hiking trails (Great outdoor area or hike for all ages)
10 min to the grocery store (Food City)
7 min to the arts and crafts loop
7 min to Rocky Top Sports Park
25 min to Dollywood and the Island at Pigeon Forge

The Lodge has over 4400 sq ft and features a warm and inviting family room. There is a spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. You can prepare big and small meals with our fully stocked kitchen supplies! We supply griddles, panini press, pots/pans, tupperware, blenders, bbq supplies, place settings, coffee makers, ect... There are 2 grills available: propane and charcoal.

The Lodge has 3 king suites, one on each level for added privacy. They all have private full bathrooms.
There are also 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level with walkout to a deck!

Sleeping arrangements:
The main-level master has two walls of windows with deck entry, an oversize bath with laundry, and a walk-in closet. There is also a full size futon bed!
The upstairs king suite has a private bath and balcony.
The lower level bedroom has a king bed and twin bunks with an attached full bath. Perfect for families!
There is also a queen bedroom with a walkout deck entry on lower level.
The 5th bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed.

Downstairs you can enjoy a spacious rec room with a pool table, TV, air hockey, boardgames, and many arcade games! The rec rooms contains a large pull out sofa bed.
There is also a covered patio off the game room with a picnic table. Perfect for gathering or playing cornhole!
The cabin has a pack and play and high chair for our youngest travelers!
Relax in our hot tub while enjoying the spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains! The hot tub is emptied and santitized between each new guest!

The private community also offers 2 seasonal pools right in our subdivision. Pools open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Family Smokies Vacation

The entire family enjoyed the 3 Little Bears Lodge! The layout, amenities and location were spectacular! The only suggestion is to top the trees so that the mountains can be viewed from the deck.

Fantastic and relaxing stay

Had a great time in a very spacious and comfortable cabin within easy driving distance to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge attractions. Highly recommend the ClimbWorks zip-lining (less than 10 min away) and Gatlinburg Off-road UTV rentals. Overall we had a great family vacation and would gladly return.

Three Little Bears Perfection

We had 10 of us stay in this cabin for a week and it was perfect. True to its name three hours into our stay we had three bear cubs and the mama climb up the tree just off the deck. It was so quiet away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still Close enough to be able to get to gatlinburg or pigeon forge quickly. The house was clean with everything we needed for entertainment and cooking. Loved it would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at the 3 Little Bears. It was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. We especially loved that the kitchen table was big enough to fit our whole family around it. We had no problems during our stay!

Best Place Ever!

The cabin was amazing. It was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable with plenty of seating for a big family and had a great view of the mountains. We had several up close bear encounters that was a highlight of our trip. It was an easy drive to get anywhere. Highly recommend this cabin and the owners were fantastic to work with. Thank you!!

Loved it !

Was a wonderful place for our family thanksgiving. Especially liked that the table was big enough for us all to eat and big enough for multiple player games. Bears arrived between 4 and 5 daily. We really enjoyed.

Dream come true

This home is definitely a piece of heaven on earth. Not only is the lodge absolutely beautiful, but the view here is breathtaking. Me and my family had the best week here. We spent our time together relaxing and visiting, sightseeing/hiking, and, of course, playing games in the game room downstairs. There really was something for everyone to do. I knocked off two of my bucket list items this week. We held Thanksgiving early here in this lodge, and I was able to get a selfie with a bear. At a safe distance, of course. Lol. The owners of the lodge have been extremely accommodating. They are really responsive when you message them and respond quickly. They really have been so helpful and beyond kind. I will definitely rent this lodge again…. I can’t wait to share it with my grand babies next. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with my family. You really did make some of my dreams come true.

Absolutely loved this cabin! Very spacious and beautiful with lots to do and a gorgeous view! Only a 15 minute drive to Gatlinburg! Loved seeing the baby bears come visit too! Highly recommend this cabin ❤️🐻⛰️

Great place for a family trip!

Spent a week in this secluded location outside of town. Easy to get to activities. Plenty of space for three families with a big age range. Huge kitchen and dining room table allowed for easy family meal preparation and gathering. A great quiet space to enjoy! Only suggestion would be another small frig or bring big coolers for drinks. Would bring extra towels if you will have a big party. Love the area and plan to return again!

Beautiful setting for making memories.

The Cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of room to be together or take time alone, comfortable and the kitchen provided all essentials a family would need. It was what I had expected and I was not disappointed. We enjoyed the view from the deck. Check in and out was easy and communication with the owner was good! Thank you.

Beautiful place and setting

You never realize other cabins were close. So many trees & so many bears. There was a large deck and we made sure the kids did not go out without an adult. Twice we had to wait for bear and cubs to leave the pool area and once or twice a day bears were around the cabin. The cabin was roomy even for all 13 of us and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

Relaxing fun getaway

We had a wonderful time. The cabin had more than enough space for our whole crew. The kids enjoyed the game room. We had extra visitors, a bear family, a few times. Their antics were fun to watch. I highly recommend staying at 3 Little Bears Lodge for a family getaway

Great place for large extended families.

There was plenty of space for all 11 of us. The bears were the highlight of the trip! The recreation room was amazing and the kids and adults especially enjoyed the pool table. The house could have been cleaner but overall it was great!

Three little bears magical Christmas

My family and I stayed at the “Three little bears” cabin for our family Christmas!! Wow,! Can’t say enough good things. It had everything we could ask for. The cabin was clean and well stocked! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and everything we needed to prepare our meals each day. We had 8 adults and three children with us and we had plenty of room to spread out or large enough spaces to all come together. My oldest daughter is in a wheelchair and had no problem moving around with ease. Our views off the decks were breathtaking . The game room gave off hours of fun memories. Alissa was great to communicate with and helpful in every way. We will definitely make this our cabin anytime we come to the mountains. So, if the cabin itself wasn’t enough, we were blessed to have been visited by three bears each day! Wow, again I can not say enough good things about this place.

We purchased this property after a family trip to Gatlinburg this spring. We felt a calling to the peaceful atmosphere and hospitality that Tennessee offers! This cabin is unique because it was nationally featured on TV and print!
