We loved this lovely home! It's spacious and has so much charm and character. The location couldn't be better for walking around downtown Franklin. Susan was a terrific host who welcomed us when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Rose Cottage is a wonderful listing that made us feel as if we were in our own home. Conveniently located just one block from downtown Franklin, it offers easy access to shopping, sightseeing, and some excellent entertainment opportunities. If you’re bringing your pet friends with you, the Bicentennial Park area is a great place to walk and exercise them. We’ll definitely look for Rose Cottage for our next trip to town. Susan was the perfect host and we enjoyed the property location. Shopping, restaurants and a beautiful park all within walking distance of the property. The property was very spacious and clean. Great spot, great location, great beds

Rose cottage is within an easy walk to the Main Street in Franklin, has plenty of room for a family, and great beds for restful sleep.
