I cannot say enough about how great this home was. You don't realize how much the small details matter until you stay in a home that has them all - dish soap, detergent, paper towels, trash bags, tupperware, ziplocs, ice maker. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, the location is PRIME with a very short walk to the beach, bikes and towels included. You literally show up and everything is ready for you to enjoy your trip. The property management was very communicative, although we didn't need anything fixed or anything because it was already perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house - well stocked, lagoon view, pool was refreshing in the July heat, and simple walk across the street to the beach with all the gear provided. The beds were comfortable and all the kitchen supplies and trash bags and dish soaps were appreciated as many don’t have these to this degree. I brought beach towels and they had them! The master living room is a bonus is you want to separate from the kids. We had a missing tv remote in one room and a broken tv screen in another when we arrived but they came the next day and replaced it. I would recommend this house. Overall, our stay was great… pool and beach time and bike rides. A great decompress!

Hilton Head

Perfect place for our family getaway. A short walk to the beach and a private pool was just what we were looking for. The house is very clean and has everything you could want for your vacation.

Holiday Vacation

This was easily the best experience we've had renting a house for vacation. From the timeliness of communication, the ease of check-in, the location of the property, the cleanliness of the house, the amenities provided by the host, and the simplicity of check-out, everything was absolutely outstanding. I could not rate this location higher and I look forward to returning to this location for future vacations.

Simply wonderful. We'll be going back. The sitting room off of the master is AWESOME. Pool is great. If you don't mind being so deep into Sea Pines, this place is for you.

Wonderful Vacation House!

We stayed here for a week with our family of 5 and one set of grandparents. It was a beautiful house, very well stocked and in a perfect location. I really liked the short walk to the beach with the wagon, beach toys and umbrellas that were provided. The pool was great and the kids loved getting up and going swimming. There’s nothing more I could have asked for an truly loved this vacation house. We hope to come back again next year.

Labor Day HHI Visit

House is ideal for a smaller group that want a very short easy walk to the beach but enjoy a private pool. Easy walk to Salty Dog for lunch. Not often you find 3 bedroom with ensuites and a private pool. Top notch appointments in the house. Master suite has a private living room which provides great personal spaces inside the house.

Lovely Sea Pine Experience!

The home was bright, very clean, well stocked, and had a great backyard pool.We enjoyed watching the osprey flying over the neighboring pond and building a nest in a very tall nearby tree.The walk to the beach was good- maybe 5 minutes walking with a small child and multiple beach toys, etc.An exceptional vacation was had by the entire family!

Bug spray, soap, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of garbage bags, coffee filters, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc, etc. It is so much nicer than the usual rental, especially in terms of supplies. Two minute walk to the beach. Not pictured in the listing photos are some great shade umbrellas in the pool area which were appreciated.

Scaup Court is our favorite home on Hilton Head Island! Beautiful home, amazing location!

Spotless, well stocked, beautifully decorated, amazing location right across the street from the beach and also close to Harbor Town and Salty Dog Cafe. Private outdoor pool and patio. Our family has stayed at several really nice homes with also with great locations close to the beach on Hilton Head Island. The BestNest Beverly Serral Scaup Court home is our absolute favorite! Was very impressed with the attention to detail and the amount of basic supplies stocked in the home for us to use. Plenty of hand soap, Dove shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, linens, extra pillows, blankets, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, large beach umbrellas, wagon to make going back and forth to the beach super easy, basics in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar, other spices, ziplocks, saran wrap, dish washer soap, etc.). Really I can't say enough about this home! It is fantastic and we will definitely stay here again!
