We just completed renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern; located in Ivy Wild, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is located close to just about everything you’ll want to do. Just browse through the photos and you’ll see why we are so proud of how this one turned out.
-- THE HOME -- You'll feel at home the minute you walk up to the entry of this charming town home. 16’ vaulted ceilings & skylights greet you in this open living space with tile & hardwoods throughout the main level. There are loads of fun artwork and curious shelving accessories everywhere you look. A wood burning fireplace to keep things cozy on the cold nights & AC for those warmer nights. 50” TV for those evenings you’d rather stay in or don’t miss the big game, you can watch from the dining room table. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter & shelf space for preparing meals, boasting stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters and is fully loaded with likely more than you’ll ever need. The open dining room concept walks out to your enclosed & private party patio where you can entertain by the lights or enjoy one of Colorado’s 247 days of sunshine. The upper level is for sleeping & relaxing with a queen bed in the spacious master with a walk in closet and dresser to spread out all your outfits. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with full & twin set up, also with it’s own walk in closet. Both bedrooms have 32” TVs and DVD players. A full bath, laundry room and a hallway office can also be found upstairs. The 2 car garage is open for you to use for your cars and storage. The enclosed yards and patios are ready for your traveling furry companions and outdoor parties with stringed lights, grill, patio table/chairs, chiminea with fire sticks for your hot dogs & marshmallows. -- YOUR FURRY FRIENDS (PETS) -- Dogs are welcome with an additional charge of $50 & $25 per additional pet. Colorado Springs is a great place for your furry friends to explore by your side. We love to take our puppies with us on our family adventures so we decided to allow the same for our guests. We tried to make the home as pet friendly as possible with an enclosed, nice sized yard & hard flooring surfaces on the main level to limit tracking anything in on wet days. We also provide a dog crate, bed, bowls, leash and some other goodies for your puppy. We simply ask that you keep your puppies off the furniture, pick up after them in the yard and please crate your puppy in case he/she gets anxiety if left alone so as not to damage anything if he gets the “chews”. We do charge a pet fee as we find there is often additional cleaning and wear & tear involved.

It was a nice house, but I was concerned about the area it’s in a lot of homeless people and abandoned homes nearby. Garage too small to park standard truck, so we had to park on street.
Ideal location to explore Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs! Charming home, very well appointed and great communication with the owner! We will stay here again!
We loved the cozy home - fireplace with wood, nice family room and eating area for gatherings, very well stocked kitchen, well stocked laundry room etc. we felt at and comfortable.We grilled on the fenced in back patio. Host was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your property w us.
Nice condo, great location, loved the heater in the bathroom. Floor was creeky and beds could've been more comfortable but we enjoyed our stay. Loved that there was an attached garage, definite plus.
Nice area with convenient access to downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou. You can walk to Ivywild School for good food and drinks. Bear Creek dog park is nearby and the yard is good for pups.
We stayed here for a night and it was very clean, cozy, and such a fun experience. The atmosphere of the back yard was perfect under the lights sharing our pups play. Then topping off the night with complementary smores was perfect! We will definitely stay here when staying in Colorado Springs!
This property worked well for our family. We had a lot of room and everything we needed. The only downside was the bathroom counter. We had a hard time storing our items on the sink area.
This place had everything we needed for a one night stay! It was walking distance to a few great dinner spots, a children’s playground, and had a great patio for a summer night hang.
Location was good and close to everything we needed. The A unit sits on a very busy neighborhood street so a bit noisy on the patio. Nice area for our dog to relax safely. Having a garage was a bonus to store motorcycles and trailer.
We wanted to be close to our kids for our grandsons high school graduation. This was the perfect location. It was also close to hiking trails, which worked well for us. We enjoyed our stay.
Great location. Right in between helen hunt falls and garden of the gods. Not far to go un any direction to see some sights. The German Food at Edelweiss was spot on. Bus does run on the street that the house is on making it a pretty well traveled road. The mulch yard makes it easy for picking up our dogs poop. Would stay here again if in area. Great location. Close to great restaurants and sites. We love Ivy Wild and go each time we’re in Colorado Springs. It was great to be able to walk there. Hosts were great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
