Following checkout, the in-unit washer/dryer was inspected by a technician and confirmed to be in proper working order. Our home is accurately represented in the listing photos and includes functional storage. Prior to your arrival, our professional cleaning team reported no furniture damage or issues. Unfortunately, some furniture items were removed by the guests without our consent, which limited our ability to inspect them afterward. We take guest comfort seriously and made every effort to address concerns in real time. Pricing was clearly disclosed and reflects peak holiday rates during the Christmas season. We appreciate all feedback and continuously work to improve, while also standing by the accuracy of our listing and the steps taken to support our guests during their stay.
