Apartment 100m from the beach - Swimming pool - Spain - Valencia Oliva Denia -Les Devesses

We rent our apartment for a calm and relaxing holiday.
Located in Spain, in Les Devesses (between Dénia and Oliva), it is on the first floor of a small residence, very quiet, with sea views, and 150 m from a beautiful and large sandy beach.

The capacity is 5 people.

One bedroom with 2 twin beds
A room with 3 beds including 1 loft bed
A large living room with sofa and armchairs
A dining area with extending table
A bathroom with shower, WC and large storage cupboards
A kitchen equipped with everything you need: plates, oven, microwave, toaster, ...

Our apartment was renovated in 2017.
It has air conditioning (reversible in heating off season)
The bedding is new and above all comfortable for restful nights! : the 90x190 beds all have a memory foam mattress.

Hemos estado muy a gusto esta semana. La casa está muy limpia y Ramona es un encanto, que nos ha facilitado la estancia. La casa está cerca de la playa, la urbanización muy tranquila y la casa tal y como en las fotos. Aunque sí le vendría bien tener como sugerencia, unas mosquiteras en las ventanas.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Nette, sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung, die sich für vielfältige Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung gut eignet. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter und flexible Agentur, die ein individuelles Anreisen ermöglichte. Die Betten waren für unsere Wünsche uns etwas zu weich.
