The studio was as advertised, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Neighborhood was very busy due to the brewery across the street. It was great if you wanted a beer, not so good for parking. The lot at the building was often full, and street parking was not available most of the time. We did a lot of walking so that we didn't need to move our vehicle. While our VRBO rental was great, our experience with Asheville was not. We found people to be generally unfriendly and rude. The area was very pretty, but so is the Tennessee portion of the mountains, and the people were a LOT friendlier.
First the good:
1. Nice location
2. Well equipped with everything needed for cooking
3. Free parking
4. Property manager quickly responded to questions
Tha not so good:
1. Internet was slow and TV buffered frequently
2. Bathtub drain did not work so there was no way to take a bath. It was shower only.
3. The bathroom vent fan did not work.
4. The building has poor sound insulation so it was difficult to sleep due to neighbors.
Good location in West Asheville, also close to downtown. Communication was good for checkin and contacting the property manager, who responded promptly. There were a couple of problems with the bathroom - a sticking pocket door and a very noisy exhaust fan that will be up to the owner to fix, but she quickly resolved the issue that was in her control. Overall good experience.
Very clean. Especially comfy bed. Lovely soap, shampoo. Everything you need in the kitchen. Walking distance to several restaurants and riverfront park.
This was our the second time staying at these condos. It's convenient to our son's apartment, and it's a good value for a nice space. There is a professional manager for the unit, and she was terrific. I lost the email with check-in instructions and code, and I had a couple of other questions. Each time, I had a response within 5 minutes or so of sending an inquiry. Thanks! On Labor Day weekend, the Best Western was asking $300 a night, so this was definitely a bargain for a much nicer space.
We enjoyed our stay! Liked the location-- not right downtown but close enough. Walking distance to the River Arts District, French Broad River Greenway and of course New Belgium Brewing. We would stay here again!
Convenient, clean. A few issues that were addressed by the manager, leaking toilet, heat lamp burnt out, shower dripping, soap dispensers didn't work in shower. Overall nice place!
Overall, we loved our stay here. It is walking distance to New Belgium (you can see it from the window) and a quick uber to south slope. Working with Nancy (The property manager) was easy and check in process was smooth. My only negative thing to say is that the floors are slightly hollow, so you could hear sounds of footsteps on the ceiling above us throughout the evening.
Great place for a few nights in Asheville. The apartment was cute, super clean, and the bed was so comfy. The host was also super nice and responsive. She let us leave our car parked there even after we had checked out so we didn’t have to worry about hunting for a spot while exploring.
Weekend escape from work to the mountains. The location was perfect to get to everything. Even took a walk around the area!! I love this place and will use them again!!
We really enjoyed our stay in unit 201. So clean and contemporary and the finishes were beautiful. Easy access to New Belgium (across the street), West Asheville, and downtown. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

We are located about 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the Biltmore House entrance. It is a 15 minute drive to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway for great hiking trails and lookouts. The French Broad River is right across the bridge from us and water access is within walking distance. The Greenway across the bridge is great for biking, jogging, or going to all of the unique shops in the RAD. Street noise can be heard but is typically not an issue with most guests.
