Simply Squared is amazing. We had a great time spending a few days at this property. The hot tub was amazing. Andrey is a very nice host, he answered all our questions and helped us with some additional recommendations. I definitely recommend this place.

The only things we did not like was about our stay was that there was some mold on top of the water in the hot tub. We ran it a while to try and filter it out but was afraid to get in. The toilet was tucked in an enclosed area and makes it hard for anyone who isn’t skinny to use.

Quiet Stay, Excellent Beds!

My friend and I enjoyed staying at this property. The beds were super comfortable and it was a quiet area. If there are more than a couple of people, the living room doesn't have a large seating capacity, but it was very comfortable for the two of us. Very clean and accommodating!

4 Steps to front door have treads but you can’t see them, and there isn’t a handrail, so as an elderly person I held on to the porch rail ( and it was very wobbly-unsafe).The wood on the front deck feels spongy in places, also a safety issue. Roaches crawling in kitchen, despite roach bait boxes in several cabinets.Only 2 towels in BR closet (later found towels in dryer).No kitchen towel for drying dishes.Top of refrigerator greasy/dirty.Only a partial roll of paper towels in kitchen - have not found any stored.Dishes on shelf - bits of dried food on two. Very few eating utensils.Not enough seating in living room for 4 people. A very quiet secluded street ( on a dead end)Beds are very low but were comfortable. Bedding clean and adequate, but did not find any extra pillowcases for the extra pillows in the closet. Fan in closet helped circulate air, otherwise the room was stuffy for sleeping. A ceiling fan would be better. The grass in the backyard is definitely in need of mowing.

Awesome place

My husband and I rented for one night, we were in town for a concert. Awesome clean little place, bed was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, and the attention to detail was the best. Thank you guys!

Out stay was wonderful. Accommodations perfect. Great location close to downtown and several golf courses. Andrey was very friendly and took care of any needs we had. Hot tub perfect after a long day of driving or golf. Would stay again for sure!

A solid C. The Ikea furniture wasn't assembled correctly and broke up on contact twice, otherwise is fine, not great. I could have done without the Christian art in the living room and the bible displayed in the living room. It was very off-putting. When I reached out for more than two washclothes the host responded quickly.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. The beds are very comfortable. It was stocked with all kinds of kitchen tools and appliances. The owner is very responsive. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Nice place

The house was not hard to find, was quiet and well-decorated for guests. We had a good night's sleep. Property manager was quick to resolve the problem we had getting in. We were kind of bummed that the hottub pump was out of order, so we didn't get to enjoy it. But, otherwise, the place was perfect for our needs.

The Upgrade!

A convenient and comfy stay

This location was very conveniently located to everything we did around Asheville. Short drives to any activity. The place was small, but comfortable. Just enough space for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! The hosts were extremely respectful of privacy and easy to get in touch with if needed. Kitchen has what you need to make yourself a nice dinner. Would stay with the hosts again.
