Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

enjoyed the stay

The property was great for our kids, the bunk beds and snow cone stand and proximity to the beach. The only thing I would change is to have a restaurant on the property for quick dining for the kids. There is a 5 minute walk to the pier with wonderful restaurants and shopping. I HIGHLY recommend the Back Porch ( it was our favorite). Overall great stay

Condo 204

Location was great. Panhandle Getaways were great to answer text and phone. Very helpful. The condo could use some updates, several of the lightbulbs in lights were out and I would recommend replacing all bulbs with LED daylight bulbs. The kitchen needs a sink stopper and it only had one dish rag and one dish towel. Some of the doors (master bedroom, bathroom) did not lock.

Property was nice and clean. Everyone was great to deal with. Loved being close to pool and beach from balcony. Furniture was nice and clean. My sons shoes which coat 180.00 got stolen. I reported to security give them a run down on times, pic of shoes and knew who ever took them had to come through the resort. I didnt expect to see the shoes again. Security was at my door the next morning with his shoes, they had tracked the person all the way to their room. Everything at resort was great! Will stay again!

Very nice property

It was a very nice property. Right next to pretty much everything. The only down fall was that in order to go anywhere it took hours. A few nights we couldn’t get any where to eat due to the fact of traffic from where we was. But overall nice place

The condo had no power for 4 days.

The entire east tower had no power for 4 days. The furnishings were a bit tired. The property security had no empathy that we had no power, for example trying to dry wet towels from the pool area, we were not allowed to dry on balcony banister, when that was the only sun. We had no electricity so we couldn't wash and dry them. The property management wouldn't assist with getting ice, so all our food did not spoil in the coolers, again no working refrigerator, we had to buy ice. Also, the cars cruising in front of condo and also in Pier Park were so loud and playing child inappropriate music it was not family friendly. The owners of the condos in area need to petition to close down traffic in main roads in Pier Park. It is no longer a family atmosphere to walk to Pier Park and enjoy dinner with the family.

Great place to stay!

This is a very nice condo. We enjoyed our stay. We have small children, so being on the second floor was good for us. My only complaint, would be that the parking garage is across the street from the condo, so whenever we needed to take our van somewhere we’d have to go up to the third floor, and across to the parking garage and back. That ended up being quite a few elevator rides, and a bit of walking. It was tough with 3 little kids.

Beach front boredom

Just another sandy beach with nothing to do. Typical fat inducing expensive restaurants and very expensive shops and water is very cold in March. Just not my thing.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beds were very comfortable and the unit Provided everything needed. The unit was clean except the shower liners needed replaced. Other than that very pleased and recommend this unit. Check in was easy at the front desk.
