Kitchen is fully stocked, granite countertops with all new large and small appliances.
Master Bedroom has new driftwood tile with a brand new King Bedroom set. Second Bedroom has a Brand new Queen bedroom set. Third bedroom has 2 brand new Full beds. All beds and bathrooms have brand new linens. Living Room couch and end table are brand new as well as a new Dining Room set.
This unit can comfortable sleep 6- 8 adults. Game Room has a foosball table and 2 large relaxing rattan chairs. The patio over looking the golf course has a table for six, a bench for relaxing as well as a new grill. Beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs come with the unit.
This unit has been replumbed with new electrical panel, new appliances, paint, high ceilings and flooring. The covered patio overlooks the golf course. Come listen to the the ocean waves just 300 yards away!

Why they chose this property

We love golfing and the Ocean, after an exhaustive search we found the best of both worlds. A world premier golf course and walking distance to a gorgeous ocean beach all nestled between historic St. Augustine and the vibrant city of Jacksonville!
