This is truly a hidden gem as guests would say! This newly renovated guest house/in-law suite (above garage) is right across the street from the beach with private beach access. It features a beautiful white kitchen, 1 bedroom with king size bed, sectional couch with pull out full bed, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer and outdoor shower.

Since this unit is above our garage you will potentially hear the garage open/close and cars pulling in/out through various times of the day/night as we live here full-time. This is a shared driveway with the hosts and we have one parking spot available for 1 vehicle during your stay. This unit is detached from the main house and has its' own entrance and separate HVAC.

Our location is in close proximity to St Augustine, downtown Jacksonville, Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach. We have 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag and 4 beach towels available to use during your stay!

Perfect Stay

We had such an amazing stay. The property is like new and in pristine condition. The owners provide a lot of little extras, including snacks, beach, chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance.

Perfect little spot!

This guest house is in a perfect location! It is easy to get to St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, or Jacksonville. Having private access to the beach right across the street was such a luxury! The cottage is extremely clean and well stocked with necessities as well as little extras. Rachel communicates very quickly and clearly, which made it really easy! They are great hosts and have a beautiful home. I would not hesitate to book here again!

Just Perfect!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 12 night stay at this truly charming guest cottage. The location was perfect with convenient access to a beautiful beach. The cottage was clean and cozy with everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Rachel and Stephan are well traveled. They love to see the world, visiting new countries every year. We want to share our wonderful space with people that are like minded! 6 years living in Ponte Vedra Beach. We love to fish, go to the beach, cars, visiting the newest restaurants, and a wine and bourbon aficionado. 18 years in the car business for both of us, we get along with any walks of life. This is our guest house apartment/in-law suite located above our garage. You will potentially hear the garage open/close and cars pulling in/out through various times of the day/night as we live here full-time. This is a shared driveway with the hosts and we have one parking spot available for 1 vehicle during your stay.

The stairs are located to the left of the garage. Follow the stairs up to the porch with a small outdoor seating area. The apartment itself is approximately 500sqft of cozy living! You are welcome to use the entire guest house apartment, outdoor shower, propane grill and private beach access. There are 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach bag and 4 beach towels for you to use during your stay!
