This second floor end unit has a level entry, year round long range views from the back porch and a peaceful woods view from the window. It has been recently updated with new wood look vinyl plank flooring throughout, energy efficient LED lighting, an LED fireplace, a remodeled bathroom, solid cherry bar, and washer and dryer hookup. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffeemaker and more. The condo sleeps 4 with immediate proximity to the Beech Mountain Resort Village.

Alexander was very accommodating for our needs and answered our questions via the VRBO messenger is a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Banner Elk area - super clean, comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, quiet surroundings, beautiful scenery (even saw a groundhog and deer on walks near the condo).

Had a little hiccup checking in due to lack of clarity around unit number. But after that the stay was amazing! Very clean, all furniture looked new and in great condition. Kitchen appliances worked great, no issues whatsoever. Thanks for the accomodations! Had a great time overall.

Great get away

Great "studio" style condo with many new updates and amenities. Very clean with ample towels and bedding provided. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is not far from The Land of Oz and a short drive down the mountain to get to Banner Elk for the Alpine Coaster. Great restaurants near by or pick up some groceries and stay in. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your place with us, we had a great time.
