Abbiamo affittato la struttura per i giorni di capodanno, dal 30 dicembre al 2 gennaio. Esperienza fantastica, host super disponibili, ci hanno persino fatto trovare all’arrivo in struttura diversi presenti fatti in casa. La struttura ha tutto ciò che necessità per passare una vacanza con gli amici o in famiglia, è spaziosa, dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari e la pulizia è eccellente, è dotata di piscina, ping pong e biliardino per divertirsi e di un ottima area attrezzata all’aperto per tutte le età! Consigliato a chiunque voglia passare dei giorni di vacanza, sia in estate che in inverno.

Bellissimo capodanno tra amici!

Accoglienza calorosa; grande disponibilità e flessibilità sugli orari di check-in e check-out. Monica ci ha dato appuntamento all'ingresso di Poppi per poi condurci all'abitazione. All'arrivo, la casa era già calda e abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo di aver trovato il camino già acceso per noi, un dolce fatto in casa e 2 bottiglie di vino locale. Struttura perfetta per accogliere un gruppo numeroso (noi eravamo 13 amici!): ambienti comuni spaziosi e funzionali e un numero adeguato di bagni e camere. La casa è in una tipica ambientazione toscana, molto tranquilla e isolata; permette di raggiungere in soli 5 minuti il centro di Poppi e quindi supermercati, banca e servizi vari. Siamo pienamente soddisfatti della nostra esperienza e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!!

Sehr schönes, überaus gepflegtes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönem Garten, tollem Pool. Tolle Begrüßung mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Lasagne für 10 Personen :) Einfach toll. Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar, gute Tips für Lokale, Ausflüge.

Perfekt für große Familien

Wir haben uns 8 Tage lang zu siebt (2 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) sehr wohl gefühlt. Pool und Garten sind ein prima Spielparadies für die Kinder. Der Arno ist 100 m entfernt, vom Grundstück zugänglich und im Juni auch ein schöner Spielplatz. Für den Alltag gibt es eine sehr gut und modern ausgestattete Küche, viel Geschirr und immer sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter, Sandro, Veronica und Monica. Tagsüber, wenn es nicht zu heiß ist, geben hunderte Vögel ein schönes Konzert, abends lassen sich im Garten Glühwürmchen oder Sternschnuppen bewundern. Brot kann man über Whatsapp ordern, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Schinken oder was man sonst noch braucht, ist in leckerer Vielfalt in Pratovecchio oder Poppi zu besorgen. Cantuccini aus Poppi! Hmmmm. Wer gerne Touren macht kann in die Berge, in Poppi's Altstadt oder dann eben weiter in die Hochburgen Arrezzo (0:35 h) oder Florenz (1:10 h) fahren. Für Radfahrer gibt es sehr schöne Strecken. Und, nicht zu vergessen: Hannibal war auch schon dort. ;)

Bellissimo posto

Eravamo 4 famiglie per Capodanno in questo casale meraviglioso, Monica e Veronica le proprietarie persone squisite e disponibili. La casa è grande, pulita, fornita di tutti i comfort e in un posto meraviglioso. Poppi è un paesino affascinante con un castello che è un gioiello, avremmo voluto vedere molto di più ma con neve, 5 bambini , e il poco tempo a disposizione non ci siamo riusciti. Immagino la meraviglia di questo posto in estate!!
