Deck over Ellijay River, hot tub, fenced yard-pet friendly ADULT ONLY

River Rock is a full log home with deck hanging right over the ELLIJAY RIVER. It offers several decks with a large hot tub, gas grill, FENCED yard (dog friendly), and direct river access. As one of Sliding Rock Cabins' river fronting properties you can fish in comfort with a deck hanging over the river. Or maybe hike the Ellijay and Blue Ridge's mountain trails, try your hand at fly fishing, then in the evening watch the river flow by, or cuddle up next to the gas log fireplace and watch an old movie on your large screen TV, maybe sleep in late on the King Size bed in the loft and have coffee on the Juliette balcony.
Main floor has one king-size bed, a bath with shower and tub combination. Upstairs, the spacious, open loft has a King-Size bed with private bathroom. This bathroom has a garden tub (no shower). River Rock is is a perfect getaway for up to Four Adults. This Sliding Rock Cabin is an ADULT ONLY cabin (no guests under age 25).
No cats please. PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY BELOW.

Access: Access to this cabin is via gravel, mountain roads. 4 wheel drive is not required, confidence in mountain driving is recommended.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE: Each cabin is privately owned and cancellations affect owners significantly. Cancellations, rescheduling, or changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed received by Sliding Rock Cabins® more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the original check-in date in order to receive refund, less a Sixty Five Dollar ($65) cancellation fee. Said changes regardless of reason made within thirty-one (31) days of your original check-in date will result in a forfeiture of all moneys paid. All moneys paid are non-transferable to another rescheduled date. Refunds will be given if Agent can re-book said dates with another guest limited to the extent of rebooking. Agents are not responsible for Guests inability to arrive or if Guests chooses to depart early for any reason, or if members of Guests party do not show up. No refunds, rebates, or compensation will be offered. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST PURCHASING VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE with your travel insurance of choice. Relaxing getaway

The view of the river and soundscape is exquisite. The rushing water is calming and there are multiple places to sit and enjoy the view. The cabin itself serves it's purpose.

Quiet Getaway

Great property on a wonderful lazy creek bed. Loved the view. Very clean and well kept and perfect instructions on how to reach the property. It was a windy, hilly gravel road but accessible. We had a wonderful weekend.

Charming cabin

This was a very charming cabin, with every amenity we wanted. The location was great and we really enjoyed the river. However, due to our ages (69 & 81) we could travel the road leading to the cabin. The upside is, we had a very relaxing 4 days, and we spent quality time with our rescue dog, Zoey.

Reviewer Comments: Although it rained everyday, we still enjoyed our three day stay in the mountains. The road getting to the cabin was a bit rough. The heavy rains played a big part in road condition. The cabin was just as described, plenty of room to move around and perfect for four people.
