Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was nice. Cabin could use some upgrades. Ho tub cover was so water logged you could hardly pick it up. Couldn’t take it completely off too heavy. Sofa needs to be replaced and a new can opener. Will definitely come back but a different cabin. Won’t rent that one again. Maybe one that not as close to other cabins, a little more private. Hopefully see you again in a few months.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the property is ideal for location and surroundings, it leaves a few things to be desired.1. The furniture is old, uncomfortable, and worn.2. the porch furniture needs new cushions.3. The outdoor light sensor (back stairs) failed.4. You provide 1 small bundle of firewood per stay, then charge 3 times what almost everyone else charges for a bundle only about 2/3 of the average size. For the amount of fees you charge, you should at least provide 1 bundle per day, NOT per stay.5. The TV, Hot tub, and fireplace are great. Just about everything else is old, worn, and doesn't match the decor.For those reasons we will not stay there again, nor will we recommend you to anyone else.

Not our best stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: went the 1st 5 days without TV or internet. Then a construction crew was building a cabin, listening to constant jack hammering was brutal. The last 4 days of our stay was very relaxing since no construction crew due to the chance of ran.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rivers Reach is a great cabin. It was very clean, not hard to get to, and very peaceful. We will return again, but definitely for a longer stay. The bed was very comfortable and the hotter was a nice amenity. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and there actually weren't any neighbors in the cabins next to us.

I was able to stay there with my three dogs and enjoy the beautiful sound of the River. My dogs enjoyed getting in the water! It rained and the sound of the rain and river gave me an inner peace that I needed and wanted. The cabin is better in person. We will book in the upcoming future. Thank you!

Awesome location

Loved the location on the river and was so dog friendly. Perfect getaway. The cabin was clean and deck gates were perfect for our fur baby. We will definitely be back.

The cover was very cumbersome and difficult to remove and replace. The flashlight under kitchen sink did not work. Overall the place was in excellent condition and very comfortable. Rivers Reach

This property was very nice. We enjoyed listening to the river while sitting outside and in the hot tub. Everything was very comfortable and our dogs liked it as well.
