This large house full of character is situated in a quiet location. It is 15 minutes away from Perpignan and 20 minutes away from the sea and Spain. You will find a bakery and a convivial bar / restaurant in the village. Thuir town is 3 kilometres away from the house. It also boasts corner shops and services.

Built in 1914, it was tastefully renovated. This old wine grower's house is a perfect area for 2 families. There are 10 sleeping arrangements, with 5 bedrooms over 2 floors, a bathroom and toilets on each floor. Enjoy the large living room freshness on the ground floor. It opens onto a walled garden with trees (apricot tree, fig tree, orange tree, lemon tree, linden tree...). Enjoy your meals in the Muscat grape climbing vine shade or under the rush fences.

Enjoy a favoured location at the foot of Canigou mountain range. Hiking lovers will be delighted with the numerous walks or bicycle rides starting from the gite.

Here is a small selection of patrimonial sites not to be missed less than 30 minutes from the house: Byrrh cellars, St Martin du Canigou abbey, Serrabonne priories, Marcevol or Saint Michel de Cuixa, the Palace of the kings of Majorca, and Perpignan conservation area. You can also visit St Thomas warm water sources, Collioure, Céret museum of modern art and Villefranche de Conflent fortified city. It was built by Vauban. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
