We are James and Tricia Ochoa from Bellingham, WA. We are both born and raised in the PNW and are now raising our 4 beautiful daughters here as well. Family is our passion. We love the outdoors, watching our kids play sports, traveling and finding good restaurants to eat at.

Why they chose this property

On our travels to Arizona to visit family, we fell upon Gilbert and fell in love with the area. It has all the amenities of a big city with a small town vibe. We decided this would be a great area to invest in. Staying in close proximity to the Heritage District was a must. This house had everything we were looking for from the open concept living area to the great outdoor entertaining space. We felt it would make the perfect vacation home for us to escape the rainy northwest and to rent out for others to enjoy when we are not able to use it.
