Disappointing with early departure

I usually don’t leave poor reviews but after spending a few thousand dollars for a week vacation rental, we had a very early departure due to the poor condition of the property, location in a deteriorating neighborhood, and overall uncomfortable short stay. The property had very old furnishings, needs a complete update, bathtub didn’t drain, property cluttered inside and out, and my pet didn’t want to go into the unkept yard. I mentioned these concerns to the property contact, but the only reply was there was a newer a/c and roof, which didn’t address our concerns at all. My children developed allergic reactions to the older bedding and the floors felt like they would collapse, we couldn’t stay any longer. One bedroom was a small bed in a closet, not as advertised. I’m unsure who wrote the previous reviews or how the owner can charge this amount of money for what little is offered.

Relocation

I am relocating to the Pensacola area from the west coast. This stay was a last minute booking when another location didn’t work out. The owner was very accommodating with a request I had. Nice quiet area. Close to many things.

Beach trip

House was clean big plus. Owner was great. Peaceful neighborhood and cozy home. A/C worked great. I enjoyed my stay and had no issues at all. Id recommended this place to anyone ill be back next year for sure.
