Casa Del Mar is a family sized 3 level home within steps of the Tierra del Mar beach. There is a lovely back deck perfect for BBQ and listening to the waves in this peaceful neighborhood. The living room is large and open to the kitchen. Downstairs has a good sized family room for the kids to hang out too! This home has been recently thoughtfully updated and is ready for vacations!

Quiet, Peaceful Beach
Layout:
Bottom level entry bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with king bed and full hall bath. Also downstairs has family room/rec room with futon and trundle twin beds for additional sleeping. Middle level has spacious open kitchen leading to a large deck with a peekaboo view of the ocean and protection from the ocean breezes. Also on the main level is a large Great room/Dining room with an additional puzzle/game table all with a view of the ocean. There is a full bathroom on the second level as well. Upstairs loft bedroom has king bed and its own private bathroom and reading area with a view of the ocean (loft is open to the downstairs but has privacy curtains).
Neighborhood:
Tierra Del Mar is a small community of homes 3 miles north of Pacific City on Sandlake Road. Tierra Del Mar is on the Three Cape Scenic Route, off of Hwy 101. The low bank tranquil beach has views from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout. This is a favorite place for locals and visitors alike.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night. Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.
Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
