BEACH HOUSE: 3 bedrooms: King & 2 Q: air cond, washer: Dog2: near Pacific City

This cozy house is only about a half block from the breath taking Tierra del Mar beach, and it's central to many fun activities. Surfing in Pacific City is about 3 miles away, Lincoln City Outlet stores is about 25 minutes to the south of us, and the Blue Heron and Tillamook cheese factories are about 25 minutes north. There is hiking and lakes about 5 minutes away, and the famous Dory fishing boat charters are about 6 minutes away. For those riding the Sandlake dunes, we are approximately 15 minutes away. Then of course, it's fun to just walk down the quiet street to the beach and enjoy the
sunsets .

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all garbage is in the outside secure containers.
It is helpful if the towels are started in the washing machine.
After removing all your food from the frig, please wipe it down. If you used the BBQ, clean it up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fireworks are allowed on this property. Walk dogs on leash. Respect neighbors property and driveways.
Please read the house rules and closing procedures when you arrive. There may be fees or citations if rules are ignored.
Wood is often supplied for the wood stove, but bring or collect your own wood for the beach or outside fire pit.

This beach cottage was purchased by our grandparents for a family getaway. Five generations have enjoyed the sea, sand, roasting marshmallows over a fire, board games, fishing, and great food. It has been instrumental in keeping our family close.
