GREAT LOCATION - COMFORTABLE, WELL APPOINTED, UPDATED !!

Welcome to our newly remodeled and professionally decorated villa. 250 Evian is an upper end unit with a partially covered deck overlooking the lagoon and the 9th tee of Shipyard's Brigatine Golf Course but offering you privacy as well.

The entire 1450 square foot villa has been totally recarpeted, tiled, painted, and redecorated.

The Master Bedroom which looks out onto a wooded area and the lagoon offers a king size bed. There is also a chair and ottoman for reading, relaxing or enjoying the view as well as TV.

The Master Bath has a large soaking tub/shower with new cabinetry, knee hole for putting on your makeup, and new tile floors.

The Guest Bedroom has two new pillow top twin beds, TV, DVD player, and an adjoining bath - tub/shower combo - with new cabinetry, granite countertop, and new tile floor.

The Living Room has a NEW 42' PLASMA HDTV with DVR and a DVD player.
Additionally, there is a Queen Sofa Sleeper, Love Seat, and Desk Niche stocked with reading material.

The spacious Dining room seats 6 comfortably with French doors opening onto the deck. There is also a view of the lagoon and the golf course beyond the wooded area.


Our new Eat-in Kitchen, with table and 4 chairs, has all new appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

While relaxing on our large partially covered Deck, also with a table and 4 chairs for dining, you can sit back relax and watch a Blue Heron catch dinner in our lagoon or you can go feed the turtles or catch a bass.

All of the amenities of Evian are available for your enjoyment at no additional charge- Pool, 6 lighted Tennis courts, Bike Trails, Lagoons, 4 acre Fishing Lake, and of course the Beach which is only six tenths of a mile from the villa.

BEACH LOCKER - to make your Beach Time more enjoyable, there is a locker at the Shipyard Beach Club which is directly on the beach. The Beach Locker contains lounge chairs for our guests' use at the beach; therefore no transporting beach chairs and items back and forth which can be challenging if you want to ride a bike to the beach.

BIKE RENTALS - contact Riding Tigers or All American Bike Rental,
Travis & Stan have assured the lowest price on HHI for our guests. Suggest that you make reservation for bikes a couple weeks prior to arrival. VRBO will not allow me to include their phone number in this listing, but will supply contact info after booking

Evian is centrally located to enjoy all of the attractions of HHI- Beach, Golf, Tennis, Sightseeing, Water Activities, and Shopping. Additionally, Dining is a Great Experience on HHI with over 300 restaurants from which to choose, satisfying all tastes and budgets. Some guests have noted in the in-villa Guest Book some of their favorite restaurants and activities.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and quiet

Easy bike ride to the beach. The beach locker was a huge plus - don't have to haul things to the beach every time you go. (There are 2 beach chairs, two umbrellas, 5 boogie boards and a sand pail full of beach toys in it as of July '23) We came for a week with our two young adult sons; both of whom are working remotely and simultaneously going to school (sometimes all 4 things going on at once). Fast internet is important to us for that; this was up to the challenge. The house is beautifully professionally decorated, and is well equipped for any kind of cooking you want to do.

We loved this condo! It was so well equipped with many kitchen supplies, blankets and a wonderful tv system. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the lagoon with golfers going by during the morning and afternoon hours. The pool was nice but too small for all the residents/guest in Evian. It was so crowded we could not always find chairs for our family of four. Getting in the water was hard with kids everywhere. With the large amount of condos in Evian, they need to expand their pool area or add another pool. The bike trails in and around Evian kept us very active and we saw an alligator and many turtles at the area lake. I would highly recommend renting this condo and as I told the owners, I wish it had an extra bedroom so we could bring more family members with us next summer.

Comfortable and spacious hideaway right in the middle of all the HHI action! Selfishly want this little gem to remain a secret, but honestly it's a great find! Owners are fantastic to work with and go above/ beyond to make your stay wonderful. The large deck overlooking the beautiful lagoon by the golf course was our favorite place to hang out. This property is a new family favorite for HHI!

It's in a private gated community and feels very safe. There's plenty of parking. You go up two short flights of stairs into the apartment, which is on the second (and top) floor. It feels spacious and has an awesome balcony (with gas grill) overlooking lagoon/golf. The rooms are lovely and clean with new plush carpet and a nice big tub in the master. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking - I made all my meals here for two weeks! Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place and Very Comfortable!

We had a fantastic trip and really loved staying at George and Lynn's property. It is very spacious and comfortable, and was perfect for our family of 4. All the rooms are very spacious, the furniture is comfortable, the deck is great with a nice view, and the pool is a short walk and is very nice. We would highly recommend this place!

Much needed family time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. We had never been to the island before and Shipyard plantation was a perfect location. The condo was just the right size for us, very comfortable, had all the conveniences of home, and was so close to the beach, the pool, tennis, everything. We loved every minute of our time there and truly did not want the week to end. The owner, George, was very helpful with every question we had, and was very quick to respond. We would certainly love to come back in the future.

An Exceptional Stay!

We had an exceptional stay and just loved this beautiful property! George and Lynn were very quick to respond to all questions and they were so pleasant to communicate with -- always being as helpful as possible! The home is beautifully decorated. Loved the covered porch and grill! We rented bikes which was the BEST thing to do as it made getting to and from the beach a breeze! A 5 minute bike ride and we were at the beach. Great location on the island - easily accessible to everything! Would just love to go back and definitely stay here again!!

perfect days at HHI

This year we returned after 24 years into Evian 250,we spent a wonderful 3 week vacation and enjoyed the comfortabel and nice villa again. It' s even better as it was since we were there. To be on HHI is like to be back in time and so relaxing, we definitely will come back. Thanks to George and Lynn the nice and friendly owner of this villa.

Great condo , beautifully decorated and well equipped . Needed some attention in one of the bathroom

Bathroom needed some real attention which the owner was informed about and said he would take care of it when he got down. Other wise it was a great stay -- carpet needs cleaning but otherwise pretty clean. Would encourage anyone renting it to do so -- keeping in mind it is an upstairs unit with advantages of hi ceilings and large deck---great.

A Superb November Getaway

As has become our custom my wife and I once again escaped the cold wet northern November climate for another agreeable month in Hilton Head. We had stayed in Shipyard at Evian Villas so had no qualms about signing on with Lynn and George and committing to a 4 week rental. We were were pleased to see that their lovely villa was as advertised, modern, comfortable and very homey indeed. Although we are but two people it was evident that the 2 bedroom unit is sufficiently spacious to easily accommodate a family with youngsters. For those who dine in, as we often do, the kitchen will certainly meet your needs as any pot, pan, dish, wine glass (most important) or specialized cooking utensil could be found in Lynn's recently updated kitchen. All in all, just like home....maybe better. We especially like Evian as it is easily the most scenic complex within Shipyards and we'd often sit on our balcony/patio and watch the golfers who all seemed to be much more skillful than us...more practice I suppose. We do try to stay fit so really enjoyed the exceptional tennis court complex, biking trails and nearby gym that can be found only 1 mile (that's 2.2 km to Canadians) away at The Players Club where you are welcomed at a very reasonable monthly rate. For those golfers...what can I say! The choices are endless and most reasonable for us as November is considered the off season. Dinners out were not a nightly event for us but we did enjoy the Jazz Corner (where we blew the bank on date night), Reilley's, Frankie Bones, Mellow Marshmallow for happy hour and for a great lunch burger try Harold's Diner. All in all a great month and hopefully our gracious host and hostess Lynn and George will allow us an opportunity to return in the near future. Ron and Penny

Home away from home

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island and we had a fabulous time. Lynn and George were great to work with and their villa had it all; size, amenities, location! You couldn't ask for anything else. We will definitely stay there again on future trips to HHI.

Nice and comfortable!

All you need to know about this condo is rent it when you can! It is great. The two bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The master has a walk in closet thats super convenient. Our young daughter loved "her room", with its pretty decor and her own TV. The bathrooms are in excellent condition, I loved the master bath- big, with lots of counter space. But that kitchen! That kitchen will be one of your favorite things. All the appliances are nice, everything is cleanly kept. My other favorite thing was the patio, where we had our breakfast every morning. We love Shipyard for its quiet, woodsy feel, and you really get to enjoy that out on the patio with your tea/coffee. Just bliss. Doesn't take long to feel right at home. Very short walk to the Evian pool, I'd say a bike ride or just drive over to the beach. Less than 5 minutes. We'll be trying to stay here again! George and Lynn, the owners of the condo, are very available if you need anything and that's awesome. Recommend!

Awesome Villa, Awesome Week!

We've been vacationing in Hilton Head for 15+ years in the summer with the family. We immediately fell in love with George & Lynn's villa and its location at Evian. The villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Evian is a preferred community and the villa itself is a choice location being only a five minute walk to the beach. As an added bonus, the villa is one of the few that offers a locker at the beach club for your beach chairs and umbrellas for your convenience. Dealing directly with the owners, George and Lynn, made the rental arrangements surprisingly easy. They made sure that if we needed anything, that they were only a phone call away. We highly recommend this villa!

Wonderful week at Evian!

We loved this villa! The listing was very accurate and we were so pleased. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very comfortable and we had plenty of room throughout the week. The locker at the beach was so convenient and helpful. The owners are very nice and made sure everything was going well. They were punctual in sending the keys and had excellent follow through. I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. We hope to stay there again in the future! It was a great week.:)

Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. Location was quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay there again. George and Lynn were very good to work with too. The locker at the beach made it so much easier than biking with our chairs.
