Good if you want proximity to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is not a palace. The furniture and fixtures are probably from the 80s. But it was kept clean for how old it is. If you’re looking for something aesthetically pleasing and comfortable, this is not the place. If you care more about proximity to the beach and the pool, this place is 5 stars. It’s also relatively close to stores and activities. The management was responsive and helpful. Overall, for what we were looking for and our needs, we had a good stay. For what we paid, the place could have been more updated and comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing time. Very quiet during the week. Very busy on the weekend. This condo is very outdated. Never saw a property management person.

The best location!!!

It's all about location!!! The place itself is nothing fancy but we only needed a clean place to lay our heads. Our goal was time on the beach and this place is PERFECT!! i love the covered parking and the walk to the beach was literally 2 minutes. Over all we enjoyed ourselves.
