Very Important! Check your flight details. If your flight lands after 9 pm or leave before 11 am please do not book this property. We absolutely can not accept bookings that involve check-in or check-out between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The apartment is equipped with all amenities, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. The living room has wood paneling, with hand-painted ceilings depicting the history of architecture from the pyramids to the present day. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. A kitchen cabinet equipped with everything you need to make kitchenette. The house is located a few meters from Piazza Navona, and in the heart of the historic center. From here you can easily walk to all the main monuments, churches and places of tourist attraction in the capital. A leisurely walk through the Baroque palaces and Roman ruins can be reached in less than half an hour, the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel, the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.

This property was great. As described, great location. no surprises. Excellent communication, clean place, and everything about the apartment and a binder was provided with helpful info about taxis, restaurants, and everything you need to know about the apartment. Truly unique property - felt like a classic Italian villa, plenty of space for a family to spread out across bedrooms and living areas. So much personality; all was provided to make meals, keep food and water cold; showers and bathrooms well-appointed. Located in an ideal part of the city - we walked easily to the Pantheon, the Colosseum, the Vatican. About 30 seconds away from Piazza Navona, one of the most scenic and historical plazas in historic Rome - nearly infinite restaurants. Host was very communicative and responsive to any questions. Oh, and the air conditioning was so pleasant after returning from a long hot Roman day of walking and touring - absolutely a highlight.

Our stay was wonderful! Roberto met us at the apartment to explain everything. The location was THE BEST - just off Piazza Navona but very quiet. There was a lovely bake shop/gelato shop right next door where we got croissants and maritozza for breakfast. It was very nice to have 2 single beds for our kids and a separate bed on the upper floor for us. Mattress was comfortable. The apartment is on the first floor but there is a lift if you have luggage or mobility challenges. Great stay and would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, artistically appointed apartment in a historic building just a block from Piazza Navona...the best area to stay in all of Rome. Very close to everything and an easy walk to the historic center and great restaurants galore. But a completely quiet street away from the tourists crowds. Manager was super helpful and warm...arranged a great dinner reservation for us.
