No true complaints. Apartment was perfectly located for all activities and dining and shopping. Equipped nicely. Comfortable fit for myself and my family
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home in Rome! The property was gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was well-equipped with all the essentials including laundry detergent (we brought our own not knowing), and the location was fantastic for exploring the city and experiencing everything Rome has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. We would happily stay here again and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful home in a great location in Rome.
Our stay at this apartment exceeded my expectations. It is smartly decorated, roomy, had everything we needed, clean, safe and close by to shops, restaurants and main sites. We walked to all of our outings and enjoyed the neighborhood. Host communicated great and even allowes is in early as the apartment was ready. Would book again in a heart beat!
The apartment is located in the most beautiful and historic part of Rome. It is so easy to walk from there to famous monuments, with shopping and dining all around. The accommodations are very comfortable, lots of space and all amenities one needs. Air condioning works great! Communication was always readily available and and they all go out their way to make sure you have a great visit to such a fabulous city. Thank you, Francesca, Issac, Jacopo and Giulia. I will definitely return!
Beautiful apartment and excellent location! Very close to the Spanish Steps, Trevi, restaurants and shops. Lots of space, full kitchen. One bedroom without AC but was cool enough. The ONLY issue was cleanliness as the linens had stains - towels looked dirty with red stains; sheet had brown marks; surface of bedside table with cream colored material and dirt. Used only a few dishes but they were not clean. Having guests wash their dishes a little tricky as not everyone seems to take care to clean them properly.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
- Charged extra for checking in late- Odd layout: master bedroom and another bedroom only had sliding glass walls that offered little privacy/sound insulation- Host was restrictive about check-out time- Photos made the place appear larger than it actually is- Location is indeed good; close to several landmarks- Strict check-out rules (washing the dishes, taking out the trash, etc.)
This property is in an excellent location right in the heart of old Rome!! Previous reviews are correct: there is not a lot of privacy with how it’s set up, the largest bedroom in the centre of things with only frosted glass. This was not a problem for our group. While it claims there are amenities, they are very small hotel soaps and when we asked for more toilet paper, the answer was no. Communication however was swift and they answered our questions. Finally, while there is A/C only in two bedrooms, with the large fan it was sufficiently cool. There could be more towels available as two of the smaller towels had to be used for hand towels. Finally, while we were able to sort most of our garbage in the bins on the first floor, it was not clear where the unsorted garbage was to go. We did take it out, as instructed. Overall, however, a nice stay.
This property was in an excellent location right near the top of the Spanish steps. The place was clean and had all the amenities for a great stay. The only issue was mentioned in a review from before, the rooms are separated by frosted glass creating a lack of privacy. Just something to think about.
It’s a great location. The apt is located close very close to amazing shops and restaurants. It feels safe and convenient. I felt like I could live in it for a long time.
The place was nice and the location was good. We liked the place but just know that it is not the most privet place in the world. Lots of frosted glass including the primary bedroom and bath.
This is a large well located apartment on a quiet street in the heart of tourist Rome. The beds were firm and great. The kitchen was just what you need and both the dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer were awesome. Falls short of five stars because the bathroom fans were inadequate and the bathrooms smelled of mildew.
The place was a good fit with a good location in Rome. The layout is a bit odd but was spacious, convenient and welcomed from long days of sight seeing.
