We loved this place! It was very clean and perfect for our large group. It was just as it appeared online. The communication was excellent. Check-in was a breeze. The location was great. We paid for pool heat and it was so warm and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The upstairs living room with theatre chairs was really nice to have, as well as the game room. The main living room had a very large couch that all 7 of us sat at comfortably as well. The company was very responsive to our emails, and everything went very smoothly with check-in/out. I would highly recommend this property for families or large groups!

The home looks exactly like it’s advertised! It was clean, but there was trash in the yard upon arrival and there was a VERY bad ant problem in the kitchen. I sent a msg to the property manager and they sent someone out IMMEDIATELY to rectify it. Other than that, it was a fun and memorable time!

Great space! Well decorated, well stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. The only “misses” were consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen cleaner, etc). We did make this our first stop after checking in. Property Management company was great in response to a thermostat issue. Great experience! Would stay again!
The trash wasn’t taken from the front cans all week. However, this apparently is a HOA issue. Our house wasn’t the only one, effected the whole street.
Great space to stay - loved having laundry in site and the pool was fantastic!

We had 6 travelers, the first impression walking into this beautiful home was WOW it is MUCH bigger than it looks in the pictures and the home was immaculate! For us the Home was perfect, the rooms were huge, the Pool was great, the "Oasis" community center was amazing however we only got to use it 1 day because of the Covid 19 closures in Florida. We've rented a few homes over the years and thus far this home, the process, the communication with Casiola was by far the best we've had so far. All of the pictures dont do this home justice, everything was much larger and more amazing than was represented. Thank you Casiola for an amazing experience, we will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Not worth the money
In short, this property is falling apart and is FILTHY! Communication with the owner/management is difficult, getting into the Championsgate neighborhood sometimes took more than one hour, NO exaggeration. People were fighting in the street, security is awful, there is no barrier where there is water and an alligator came right up to our front door (we have pictures and video). Besides our family being together, I can't think of one positive thing to say about this property, this neighborhood, the management and the security. Worst experience with a vacation home we have ever had.

This is a lovely home, however it is in dire need of attention. During our week long stay, we had issues with the kitchen sink, freezer, grill, toilets, cockroaches, stained towels, feminine products left behind in the garbage, missing bedding, faulty fuses that constantly tripped, just to name a FEW of the issues we encountered. Loud parties with music blasting 24 hours a day! The management had no sense of urgency in rectifying these issues for us. They responded to emails by saying, "we apologize for the inconvenience." Don't waste your money or precious vacation time.

I paid an additional $50 to gsin access yo the property at 2pm. When we arrive the door code that I was provided did not work. After call customer support a new code had to be issued. I was not able to get into the home until 3:45pm. Property management refused to refund the $50

This house was absolutely disgusting and I requested to talk to the property manager about all the issues but was told none was available. I will never stay at Champion Gates again nor use Casiola. Although, Casiola made an attempt to address a few issues but it was several days in our vacation almost at the end not even worth it. I had to communicate via email because no one answered the phone
Immediate assistance requested:
• Dirty pool, please send someone to clean
• Paid for pool heating and no heat
• Dryer knob in laundry room is broken off, unable to use
• Pool lights don’t work
This is the dirtiest property I’ve ever rented in Champion Gates:
• The House smelled like animals (dogs) – very stink
• The Kitchen chairs was full of stains, just filthy
• Carpets full of stains and dirty
• No broom or dust pan
• Maggots in the coffee pot
• Trash out by the pool area that we had to clean up
Faulty issues:
• Breaker box kept tripping turning off the power in the garage and upstairs bathroom
• Kitchen sink handle was loose and came off in your hand
• Upstairs bath towel holder was very loose and kept falling on the floor
• Kitchen pantry door was broken and fell on my sister
• Sliding door knob to the pool area was very loose about to fall off.

Loved it the first stay 2nd stay was disappointing
This is the second time stating at this home. Christmas 2020 was the first and the home was beautiful, clean, modernized, and everything worked so I rebooked for May 2021 there was holes in the wall, black scratches all on painted walls, TVs in both main areas didn’t work & it literally took 72 hours (the day before we left) for a resolve. My daughter who’s bday it was tv didn’t work in her room either. I think with repairs to home & a sense of urgency when there an issue would’ve made the stay MUCH BETTER. Especially after bragging to my family about how awesome the first stay was.. it was disappointing the second go round.

Smelled and grime everywhere
We couldn’t stay here. Rented the place for 4 days and immediately upon walking in it smelled of bad body odor, walls were filthy and grimy. The kitchen table had a sticky residue. I will say the place was spotless but it was very well used house and run down. You felt dirty immediately waking in. The windows had a film over them. Houses on both sides were rented out with multiple large families in them. Kids running around very loud. People were grilling out behind our screened porch that looks into our swimming pool. There was nothing relaxing about this place. We contacted them immediately and let them know we weren’t staying. They are refusing to refund any portion of the stay because we wouldn’t let them come and clean during the 4 day stay. Are you kidding me!?! We couldn’t check into the place till 4 in the evening so the second day would be gone because they wanted to deep clean. No way we were we going to settle for that. We rented a place for a vacation. This is our first time ever using a VBRO type service and I’m not sure if I’d ever do it again after this experience.

Amazing, checks all the boxes of a vacation rental! We had 7 people in our group and yet we STILL had plenty of room for everybody including rooms, bathrooms etc. The home is amazing, very contemporary and accommodating. The only 'glitch' we had was with the dishwasher and outlets in the kitchen the circuit kept on tripping but uncertain as to why. We were able to flip the breaker very easily so it really was not a huge deal at all. Overall experience was very positive and a definite 5 star rating. If you are looking for a home that will EASILY accommodate at least 7 guests give this property a shot - you wont regret it!
The was just as wonderful as the pictures showed. It was very roomy for 8 people. Only had a few incidents with this garbage disposal, the TV in one room, the dryer was not the best and the water pressure in the showers. Other then those few issues that they tried to resolve it was a wonderful stay.

This was a good place for a large group- well located and large. However, we noticed the dishwasher wasn’t working on Day 1, and it wasn’t fixed until the end of our stay, despite multiple maintenance calls (with no calls back when promised). This was a real issue with nine people in the house. There were other minor issues- only a few of the TVs worked, and the dryer didn’t really dry clothes. Given the experience with maintenance, I would probably choose a different management company next time.
