The Space:

Inside, the open‑plan layout invites you to gather around a large dining table after a day of theme‑park thrills, while the game room hums with the clack of a pool cue. This ChampionsGate retreat blends comfort and convenience, giving your family or group a relaxed base for exploring Orlando’s famous attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 15 guests across six bedrooms and nine beds. Downstairs you’ll find a convenient bedroom, while five additional rooms upstairs provide privacy for each family or friend group. Five full bathrooms mean no waiting lines in the morning, and extra towels, linens and blankets are supplied for your stay.



Outdoor living

A private pool and hot tub sit on a patio deck equipped with loungers, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A Pack ‘n Play is available upon request for little ones. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the community water park, which features a resort‑style pool, water slide and lazy river.



Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes all the cookware and appliances needed to prepare meals for a large group. A spacious indoor dining area seats everyone comfortably, and a washer and dryer are on hand for any laundry needs. High‑speed internet and a flat‑screen TV provide entertainment and connectivity after a day of adventure.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
