Consistently and meticulously looked after, its is very clean.

We know about traveling with family and want you to travel as light as possible , ask us before packing up to many suit cases … we might already have it !!!

Kids love staying at the house , it is perfectly adapted and very well equipped particularity if you plan on spending only a few days at the parks.

The conditioned playroom is fun for all ages, the large screen has so many games you will never play them all. The 30 Nintendo Classic games, Pac-Man arcade , StarWars Pinball among others allowing for the whole family great challenges.

The pool is very appreciated and the backyard faces a small forest on the edge of a lake, no backdoor neighbour looking into the pool area only stars at night.

Super super quiet neighbourhood perfect for relaxing outdoors with comfortable furniture.

Combine your cooking skills with Pit Boss BBQ features , Air Fryer , crockpot and +++, thus , all the accessories to prepare feasts with ease and style.

Explore the neighbourhood to find so many restaurants, choices for all budgets within minutes as well as recently built water parks , golfing , shopping … all within 5 Minutes. Everyone loves Ford Garage nearby and their amazing decorations.

We supply all the needs for days at the beach and at the parks ; strollers , pull kart , many chairs , umbrellas , coolers, toys... even ponchos !!! Ask us about our favorite spot at Cocoa Beach with free parking and public washrooms , only 90 minutes away for a fun day at the ocean.

Exceptionally clean property, & well stocked! Pool was clean and comfortable, bedrooms were perfectly decorated. The game room was super fun for my kids too. Location was great as well, quiet, safe neighborhood.

Had an amazing time! Michel & Manon were amazing hosts! Excellent communication! The house was extremely clean and spacious. Pool was refreshing and game room was loads of fun! Spacious kitchen! Has all the amenities you can possibly need. My family loved all the themes which was incorporated inside this beautiful home! Would come back for sure next time we are in Orlando!

Perfect property for a holiday. We were returning guests with our (now adult) children and didn't need to bother looking at any other potential villas. Great layout with bedrooms around central shared space and flexible sitting areas outdoors. Thoughtful touches like dishwasher tablets and washing tabs, handwash, dish brush, bin bags, salt, cling film etc mean there's no need to rush straight off to Walmart or pack kitchen kit. Good air con, clean property, lots of towels and beach towels, washer and dryer both great, pots and pans and utensils if you're cooking, coffee pod machine and filter coffee maker. If your children are younger there are plenty of bits of helpful kit in the games room including pushchair, and a safety screen you can place around the pool. Owner is welcoming, easy to contact and helpful. Property is perfectly situated for Disney, restaurants and supermarkets and easy drive to major routes. It's a great villa. We'll be back for a third time!

The host was very welcoming and accommodating durning our stay. We really enjoyed all of the decorations and the themes in each room. The Disney castle in the hallway really kicked off the magic of the house. The heated pool was fantastic! The whole house was comfortable and beautiful.

Amazing property! House is perfectly decorated for a family visiting the theme parks. The pool was great for cooling off at the end if the day. The location is convenient and in a very nice neighborhood.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for our Christmas vacation. It was extremely kid friendly with great precautions to help us feel safe having a younger child. The owners seem like amazing people and made sure everything was perfect, even recommended a beautiful beach to take the kids to.

Family vacation to Theme Parks

Amazing find. Rooms were really well decorated for the kids (and adults!). Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and the house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a family vacation in Orlando. Great job.
