Another Great Vacation

We love staying at this villa, one of the best we have ever booked. Very well furnished to a high standard, plenty of room for larger groups and a great pool area it does not disappoint. The development of Providence is very secure and well maintained. It is a very relaxing and quiet estate. The owner Soony and his local manager Flavio were extremely responsive to questions we asked them and offered immediate advice and assistance to us. This was extremely important as we were there during Hurricane Helene and the bigger Milton. We wouldn't hesitate to make this our ho,iday rental villa choice next time we vacation in Florida .

Fantastic Property In A Great Location

The villa is beautifully appointed and in a great location in the Providence Golf complex which is close to all major roads and attractions yet quiet enough to be able to get away from it all. Excellently furnished and has all the equipment you could wish for in a home from home. Sonny was a very attentive host and was quick to answer my questions. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing villa

We loved our stay at this villa. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our family trip. The pool was perfect to relax in after a busy day at the parks. Locally there is a supermarket as well as a couple of takeaways we would recommend. The villa had everything we needed. When we arrived the alarm had a fault and was beeping. The property manager came out at 9pm on a Saturday evening to disarm it- amazing service out of hours. This meant from our first night there we had a peaceful night’s sleep. Thank you

Amazing!!!!

Absolutely amazing villa, brilliant location! The villa was perfect for our family stay! The children absolutely loved their Mickey themed bedroom! Less than a 5 minute drive to the supermarket (publix). Would highly recommend this villa, we will definitely struggle to find such a lovely villa as this one. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Lovely modern spacious villa in a quiet secure location

Excellent villa which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Clean modern and in a good location. Nice little cul-de-sac with South facing private pool was just perfect. Providence Golf Resort Crofton Avenue

Excellent property in great location for the parks. Pool and all the amenities in the house were excellent. There were issues about the estate rather than the house. Access for cars into the estate was slow and frustrating. Due to building work sometimes difficult to get in and out. Refuse collection was an issue, some bins were not emptied when people leaving properties - rubbish left out for several days. Restaurant opening time at the golf resort were quite restrictive.

Amazing!!

Amazing property with everything you could possibly need. Super comfortable 5 star stay. Games room was great for the adults once the kids had gone to bed! Lots of tv channels to keep anyone occupied! Great pool for a swim after a long day at the parks. Well stocked kitchen with everything that was needed. Super comfy beds and very well presented all round. What more could anyone want! Easy communication with the owners and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll certainly be back! Can’t recommend highly enough. 5 star home and 5 star service. ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely Villa. Great Location

We recently stayed at this property for our Disney Holiday. The villa itself is in a great location and only a 15 minute drive to Disney. We found the villa to be very modern and really clean with everything you need for your stay there. There was 6 adults and 4 kids in our party and the villa was more than able to accommodate us all. The kids loved the pool and games room. Simon the owner was brilliant at communication and always responded to emails promptly when we had questions before our arrival. I would highly recommend the villa and would definitely use it again for our next visit.

Stunning villa, everything we had hoped for

We had a fantastic time in this stunning villa. We have been going to Orlando for years and normally stick to the US27 area, but we’re pleasantly surprised by how central this location was. The villa was an extremely high standard and had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone, we were a family of 9 , with 2 further family members joining our 2nd week and there was plenty of room.

Beautiful Villa

We recently stayed at this property for just under 3 weeks. The weather was absolutely shocking whilst we were there, so thankfully the games room came in great use! There was 5 adult in the trip and we all enjoyed using it. The pool is one of the best we’ve had in a Florida villa and the furniture outside was great. The bedroom layout and the villa layout was outstanding and had lots of places to chill and no one was ever fighting for relaxing space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ordered a pizza one evening so villa was in delivery distance of takeaways. Publix supermarket is 5/10 minutes drive away and the parks are easily accessible from the I4. Highly recommended villa! Also Simon was great communicating throughout the booking process and on hand if we had any questions! We’ll be back soon for sure!!

Great accommodation, top class facilities, modern and very spacious.

Date of stay 2nd-13th December 2017. We were a group of eight adults and one infant covering three generations. The property was truly amazing as it accommodated everybody to a very high standard. The bedrooms were all very well equipped with flat screen TV, Walk in wardrobes and en-suit bathrooms apart from the two ground floor bedrooms which shared a small bathroom. The garage which is utilised as a games room was a big hit, especially on one of the days when the weather was a bit inclement as it provided plenty of entertainment. The South facing aspect to rear of the property which accommodates the large deck and pool area is also fantastic with an open view over a small lake. The deck area is a true sun trap and is well equipped with BBQ ,sun beds, tables and chairs and outdoor lounge furniture. The location of the property is on an exclusive gated and secure area of Providence Golf & Country Club so would be a big hit for any budding golfers and is also within 30mins of all the Disney attractions. We all had a great family holiday and would certainly use this property again in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous Villa.

The property was even better than the photos... which were very good....beautiful, wonderfully clean, really well supplied with towels etc. Even including pool towels. The pool was amazing, great to be in after a day out. Everything was spotless, the games room was great, the bedrooms lovely. I just cannot say enough nice things about it. The villa has been very well decorated in modern, beautiful colours. It was everything we could have wished for and more. We all had a great time and the villa really added to that. Everything that could be done...to ensure we had a good holiday was done...and we certainly did enjoy it. We will definitely be recommending the Villa to our friends and family. The villa is stunning and beautifully presented and maintained

We stayed in this beautiful 6 bedroom villa accommodating 2 families of 4 during our 2 week stay. The villa is huge and beautifully presented and offered lots of space and privacy for the 4 teenagers in our group with the cinema area and games room proving to be a huge hit 👍 The outdoor space is also very private and offered a great space for our entire group. The standard of the furnishings and finishings in the villa is very impressive with a lot of thought in making sure that a great experience is provided for guests of all ages. The owner Simon was in regular contact ensuring everything was in order for our visit and replied quickly to any questions that we had. Overall a great experience and we would recommend this property and can’t wait to return !

Beautiful House

We were a family of ten and had so much space to relax and the children to play. Apart from the games room the house has a large area upstairs which was a great play area for the kids. The house was immaculate and had plenty of towels for all of the bathrooms and pool use. Before we went I had lots of questions and Simon always replied promptly and was very helpful. The family were all talking about when we go back again and this house would be our first choice to stay. A big bonus is that it is very easy to get to all the Disney parks which are about 30mins away. The resort is very well laid out with tree lined roads with the avenues containing the houses running off of them and they are all well spaced out.

Absolutely amazing property!! It has been very tastefully decorated and has everything you need.

It is a fantastic property for a larger group or family. There was plenty of space. Beds were really comfortable and the outdoor space and pool were brilliant. Although there is some building work still going on as it's a new development the house is very well sound proofed. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous accommodation, modern, clean and spacious.

We were a large group comprising three families (Oldest age 69 and youngest age 5) and this property was plenty big enough for all of us. We paid extra to have the pool heated for our April stay and we are glad we did as we may not have used the pool as much as we did. The interior is finished beautifully with modern furnishing and extra large rooms. The property is 10-15 mins from the nearest big supermarket (Publix) and depending on traffic (some days it was really bad) 30-50mins to Disney/Universal. The pool was lovely and the outside area had plenty of sunbeds and furniture. The games room, complete with pool table, air hockey and football table was a huge hit with the kids! The kitchen was only equipped for basic cooking but assume most people eat out! The laundry room was well equipped with huge washing machine and tumble dryer (so you don't need to pack so many clothes). The only downside to this property is the two ground floor bedrooms share a very small bathroom, whereas all the upstairs bedrooms have their own ensuites. There is also no separate toilet downstairs. This development is fairly new and there is some building work in the same street as this property but as we were out most days so it didn't really impact us at all. We didn't have time to explore the golf club complex so can't comment on the facilities there! Can highly recommend Red Robin Gourmet Burgers at Champions Gate and iHop (all over Florida). Our top rides were Expedition Everest (Animal Kingdom), Thunder Mountain (Magic Kingdom), Soarin' (Epcot) and Star Tours (Hollywood Studios). We had an amazing holiday and made some fantastic life long memories! Disneyworld really is as magical as it claims to be! We'll be back for sure!

fantastic base for family holiday

the house was perfect for us (multigeneration family of 10) for our holiday to Orlando. the house is fantastic, it was spotlessly clean and had been beautifully prepared and laid out for our visit. the pool was heated to a lovley temperature and was used most days by all the family. the house has plenty of space to enjoy meals inside or out. the location is good,with a drive of approximately 30 minutes to Disney, even at busy times. there's a large Publix supermarket conveniently on the way back ( about 2 miles away).

Ticks all the box’s! Amazing Villa

As a family of twelve, the villa write up on the website along with the great reviews appealed to us on a number of aspects. The photos presented it to be spacious, modern and clean with great self-catering facilities in the form of the kitchen, laundry and inside and outside family areas. With children of varying ages making up half of our party the pool and games room complete with X box, pool table, air hockey and table football was a definite plus! A huge amount of logistics had gone into making this our family holiday of lifetime. We planned to get the most out of every day and therefore wanted a location close to Disney and Universal but also quiet and relaxing after the days hustle and bustle. We settled on this villa as at least on paper it ticked all the box’s. We booked and we hoped that we had made the right choice We did! We were absolutely delighted with the villa. It looks exactly as it does in the pictures, but more than that every aspect of the villa has been thought about. It completely lives up the statement “a home away from home”. There is plenty of everything from fluffy white towels through to clothes hangers. The photos honestly do not do it justice. It was perfect for our family in every aspect, we were all so very sad to leave. The location in terms of conveniently located to amenities is perfect. Disney and Universal were 20/25 minutes away and very simple to get to and back from. A large supermarket and associated amenities are 5/10 minutes from the villa on the route home and stocked everything you could need and more, including some fabulous BBQ fare! The villa also had a great location in the compound. Backing onto a lake it was quiet and tranquil coupled with being very comfortable we left the villa feeling relaxed and well rested. We did not expect to tick all the box’s on our wish list – but we did! Every single one. You get exactly what it says you get and more. Our holiday house (we wish!) has been mentioned on a number of occasions by the kids and adults alike. We would not hesitate in booking again! If you have the opportunity to do so then choose this villa! You will not be disappointed.
