Beautiful air-conditioned villa 8 people with swimming pool in Fitou

Villa Marquesa, nestled at the foot of the Corbières, on the heights of the wine village of Fitou, is ideal for relaxing family holidays around its pool of 8 meters by 3.50 but also by the sea: the beautiful beaches of Leucate - Beach are 15 minutes drive.
It is also perfect for athletes: hiking in the Corbières, on foot or by mountain bike is offered to you from the threshold of the house crossed. The Leucate spots for vipers and kiters are 10 minutes by car (and a view of the ponds allows to know the conditions of navigation). The village of Fitou also offers free tennis courts.
Finally, wine lovers can discover the richness of the vineyards of the region and taste local products in the many cellars of the village.

Located on a plot of 9 acres, the villa can accommodate 8 people (+ baby). It consists of:

4 bedrooms with a king size bed, a double bed (140), 4 single beds and a cot.
1 bathroom with tub and toilet
1 shower room with WC
a large kitchen (fridge, 2 ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, food processor, kettle, filter coffee machine and espresso, toaster, egg cooker) open on a covered terrace and the living room
a living room with a large table that can accommodate 8 people
a living room with television and wifi
board games
high chair

Outside, we can meet in different spaces:

around the pool, where 8 deckchairs are waiting for you
around an aperitif on the wooden terrace and its garden furniture
around the table for a good festive meal under the covered terrace
on the boules pitch for a game of petanque.

Several cars can park on the property. A closed room is proposed, for safe storage of navigation equipment for example.
Animals are welcome.

Kleines Paradies zwischen Bergen und Meer

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus und sind äußerst zufrieden. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region. Unser Hund hat sich im abgezäunten Grundstück wohl gefühlt. Fitou selbst ist ein kleiner, bezaubernder Ort mit viel Flair. Die Vermieter sind Super freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein idealerer Ört für Familie mit Kindern und Freunde, mit Hund. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Lage.Vieles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem sollte es sauber sein.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Fitou. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Leider mussten wir uns bei der Ankunft selbst zurechtfinden und hatten das Gefühl, dass vor uns im Haus lange keiner mehr gewohnt hat! Die beiden Kühlschränke mussten angestellt werden, alle Stecker von den Lampen waren nicht eingesteckt, sämtliche Fensterläden waren verschlossen, die Stühle/Liegen für den Pool mussten nach langem Suchen aus der Garage geholt werden! Leider war der Pool nicht sauber u. wurde auch in der Woche nicht gereinigt. Die Badezimmer waren schmuddelig u. unsauber. Das Geschirr und die Gläser waren nicht richtig gereinigt (Flecken u. Speisereste)! Am Pool gibt es leider keinen Sonnenschutz u. auf Anfrage wurde gesagt es sei auch zu windig für Sonnenschirme in Fitou! Bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass einige Nägel aus den Terassendielen schauten, die ich um Verletzungen zu vermeiden einschlagen musste! Wir waren schon in vielen Häusern in vielen Urlauben, aber in diesem gab es einige Mängel, die wir bislang so nicht hatten!

Wir fünf und Hund, haben unseren zweiten Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, die Lage ist ideal. Abwicklung war komplett unkompliziert! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alles klopte volgens de beschrijving bij het boeken. Mevr. Isabelle was super vriendelijk en toen de ijskast alles bevroor ipv koelen hadden we na het WE een nieuwe. Super.

Séjour très agréable

La villa est très spacieuse et dispose de plusieurs terrasses extérieures très agréables. Elle est très bien équipée. La literie des différentes chambres est confortable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Éric qui nous attendait pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement des différents éléments de la villa. Le jour de notre départ, il était aussi très ponctuel ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La villa est bien placée pour visiter les environs : les corbières et la côte près de l’étang De Leucate. Quand aux échanges avec Isabelle, ils ont toujours été très simples et cordiaux. Je recommande sans réserve cette location.

la villa est superbe, très bien équipée, il ne manque rien, les pièces sont grandes, tout fonctionne correctement , rien à redire sur la propreté, rien à redire tout était parfait ! la propriétaire est toujours à notre écoute, 10/10. Le village "touristique" le plus proche reste Port Leucate, mais la voiture est indispensable . super semaine ...
