The house is excellent, spacious and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were nice and got good use. The views of the mountains from the patio are beautiful. The entry and exit from the hot tub could use a grab bar for seniors, and the owner's binder was dated and incomplete, but the host was quick to provide a pdf of the actual instructions for the pool etc when I asked. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend it to other vacationers.

Very communicative host, awesome kitchen for group meals at home, never felt crammed even with a large group, really enjoyed proximity to the trails in La Quinta, place does feel a bit far from downtown Palm Springs but Old Town La Quinta is a short drive and had some great dining and entertainment options

Even though mother nature brought some rain and cooler temps, everything about David's place was amazing; perfect for 4 retired guys on a golf trip. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and BBQ. We really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Excellent communication with David. Highly recommended!

We were on the go while visiting so we didn’t take advantage of the place as we could have. We will definitely book again, but next time will plan to chill and enjoy the place. It accommodates a large family or multiple couples but I would not stay here if you want to be in “party central”. It is a very quiet neighborhood and a spacious living area. Feels very new but there are a few bumps and bruises you expect with a vacation rental. I would gladly recommend this place to friends and family.

Wonderful getaway.

Everything was as or above expectations. Enjoyed everything about our stay, the house was clean, beds comfortable and the kitchen was pretty well stocked - could use wine glasses! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Close to nice hiking trails.

We wanted a chill Labor Day getaway, and that is exactly what we got. The house was very clean and modern, and the grand room was perfect for hanging out. The house accommodated a large group very comfortably, and while the pool and spa very enjoyable, we just wish the pool was bigger for our group size. But overall had tons of fun!

The property was excellent and exactly how described. The access to hiking trails was a huge plus. We really enjoyed early morning trails. One challenge we had were ants in the kitchen/living area when we first arrived and we arrived late so it was really disappointing to deal with. I emailed to property manager and they sent ant spray the next morning which did the trick. We also had several crickets in the house but that was likely from entering and exiting. We did have an exterminator come later in the week and they did a great job of spraying. The house was great to cook in but they could have provided additional cooking utensils so just check before making elaborate meals. The pots were basically brand new and worked great. It was also wonderful to have toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels provided. The washer and dryer were excellent. The pool was super fun for the kids but it isn’t large. It’s very private which I liked. We would definitely stay again.
