Three bedroom two bath house located in the El Dorado Estates Cul de sac 20 yds from common area with swiming pool, jacuzzi and grilling area.
House is located within 1 mile of Saint Joseph and El Dorado Hospitals and 2 Miles from Park Place Mall.
Main bedroom is equiped electric beds and overlooks the patio and golf course. Main bathroom has tub and separate shower and walk in closet.
Second bedroom has one king bed and third bedroom two twins. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
Living area and main dining room are open and seat 8 to 10 people.
Kitchen has electric range , dishwasher, microwave ref/freezer and small appliances and a breakfast area for 6.
House is equiped with washer and dryer.
Two car garage.
