Quiet lakefront retreat in gated community on Lake Palestine with beautiful views inside and out. This charming two story lakefront is located 15 minutes southwest of the historic Tyler, Texas. It offers a boat dock great for fishing, beach for swimming, fire pit, BBQ, hammock, cable tv with a sports package, double-car drive-thru carport and a marina just 2min down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat in a tranquil environment this is the place for you. The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedrooms have high-end memory foam and pillow-top queen mattresses, with soft linens that will make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The back porch has two levels with a beautiful views of the large tree-lined backyard and the gorgeous lake.

Wonderful return visit to this lake front property. Comfortable beds, nice accommodations with a fully stocked kitchen. Coffee pot & keurig was a nice touch. Plenty of seating inside (bar, table and living room) and on porch. Fire pit, kayaks, and dock are clean and easy to use. A great place to relax or visit with friends. Great host and property. Hollie was extermely responsive and very welcoming. The place was very nice. The home contained a lot of "little things" that made it nice, especially if you were a family and planning to cook there. Cooper (the dog next door) was a bonus. My wife and I are dog people so we appreciated Cooper's visit.

Clean space, comfy beds and a pretty lake view makes for a great getaway. Quite a large property located on the west side of the lake with access to use two kayaks and a paddle board. Owner was easy to communicate and fast to respond to questions before and after booking. Check in was a breeze too.
