Everything as advertised…very clean….only a couple complaints…living room is too dark….bbq only heated up to 250…and needs lights in the front and back…but I would definitely stay there again

Lovely cottage near the Prom

Great location, easy check in, kitchen well stocked with essentials. Great communication with property owner. Sleeps 4 (2 bedrooms), grandchild slept on the sofa. (I believe it was a fold out but we didn't try it.) Recommend!

Cute & convenient

My fam & I took off to the beach a day early so we booked this house from the same owner as our scheduled stay. Communication was great and the house was super cute & accommodating. The property itself does need some love & updating but all & all it was a great stay!

This was a great little place, with a nice fenced in yard for our dog. Cute kitchen! And I loved the sun porch. Plus, easy access to the beach!!! But it is small. My son and I hit our heads on the bathroom ceiling, and I ended up with peeled paint in my hair in the shower. If you're over 6' be prepared.

Charming characterful beach cottage

Charming cottage just steps from the beach and promenade. The picket fenced yard was perfect for the pup to hangout. The interior/decor (and smell) is reminiscent of a grandparents home, well loved and lived in. The most significant negative is that the entire home needs a thorough deep cleaning including all the furniture. It ticks all the right boxes minus the cleanliness issue.

Perfect little spot

This house was a perfect spot for us to land. It’s old as others have mentioned, but it’s comfortable and spacious. The yard is fenced, perfect for bringing our little dogs along. Location is an easy walk to the beach and down town.we were also given an early checkin which was so kind!

Short trip to Seaside

Friends wanted a trip to the Pacific, so a quick trip down. This cute retro cottage was perfect. Kid-friendly, easily walk to the beach and comfortable. Highly recommended for a small group.

Great Location

This older beach house is located perfectly for accessing the beach and promenade. It is on a quiet street. The house is older so don’t expect an upscale experience. The local property manager and the maintenance man are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
