The Tides at Hollywood Beach has been fully renovated, featuring two seasonally heated swimming pools with extensive sun decks, beautifully landscaped grounds, 24-Hour State-of-the-art Fitness Center, Stylish ultra-contemporary lobby, Concierge services, Valet parking, Attended front desk, 24-Hour security and Access Control.

The condo is a good size with a beautiful view from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Appreciated that beach chairs were provided. There is a Walmart within walking distance for picking up groceries.The building itself has ALOT of rules in terms of elevator use, and I found it extremely excessive to have to pay for a mandatory 2 key fobs for 2 adults & a teenager. At 30 each when we were only there for 2 nights - it would be nice if at least part of the cost was refundable upon return...

Excellent view of the ocean and overall very nice apartment. Location is excellent. The pool and beach is right outside and a Walmart is a 10 minute walk from the building. I had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Fun times close to Hollywood Beach

We had a great time staying in this unit. The on site cafe is fabulous and very convenient with their delivery right to the unit. We loved being right on the beach! The Hollywood Broadwalk is a 5 min drive away with tons of things to do, great places to eat, and yummy cocktails.

We have 3 children who have very busy schedules between school and sports. Once in a while our vacation home provides them a great environment to wind down and enjoy the South Florida sunshine in an area that just has so much going on.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this vacation rental because it is only a 30 minute drive from our home. Without too much planning we can break away from our busy schedules and be in our beachfront condo in no time.

What makes this property unique

During the day you can enjoy the beaches and South Florida sunshine, afterwards you can enjoy shopping at Aventura Mall, and during the evening you can relax at one of the many fine restaurants or gamble the night away at one of the nearby casinos. All of this within a 5 minute drive from our direct oceanfront condo!
