With unobstructed views overlooking the 6th and 7th Fairways, this beautiful, 3000 sf home, located in the Stadium Club of PGA West has 2 king bed ensuites (all with their own private bath), an additional “office” with king bed with TV and its own private bath, powder bath and private side yard. Beautifully maintained and decorated with all the comforts of home. This single story end unit of 4 homes, has its own private fenced in courtyard. Relax on the patio by the firepit, BBQ and watch the golfers go by. 2 car garage , laundry room inside the home. Located across from one of the many community pools, this home is the perfect location to enjoy all that the Coachella Valley has to offer. You won't want to leave!

Our family of (4 adults) really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is nicely furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. The patio is the best with the fire pit and golf course views. Love staying in La Quinta and we look forward to our next visit.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house on the golf course. Rooms were super comfortable, loved the huge master bathroom. We had all we needed to cook in the kitchen and enjoy a meal with a beautiful sunset view. Would love to come back!

Highly recommended PGA West home

Property was as advertised. Very well equipped and super comfortable. Plenty of room indoors but the outdoor space was amazing. Perfect blend of sun and shade with beautiful sunrises and great view of play on par three 6th hole.

Gorgeous home in PGA West Stadium

We loved our short but sweet stay in this gorgeous home overlooking the 6th hole and pond that had birds of all kinds. Beautiful sunrises and gardens. Rooms were well appointed for any need. Neighborhood was peaceful with community pool available across the street. We will definitely return to this desert paradise.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner, Tina, was very helpful and responsive on our questions about check in, restaurant recommendations, etc. We travel with another golf couple to PGA West each year, and we have already rebooked this property for 2024. The outdoor living area is perfect for watching golfers on #6 and #7 of the Stadium Course. Loved the fire pit! Thank you Tina!

Guys golf getaway

Very nice property and location. PGA west is well suited for 60 plus age group. Clean, quiet, immaculate and friendly. Beds all had great mattresses, bedding, towels etc. Kitchen was well stocked, everything worked. No Hot Tub, but right across the street was a community one which was great, even in late January. Would stay here agin.

Amazing relaxing views!

The home was amazing! Very clean and very spacey. It’s very rare to find a 3 bedroom place with 3 en-suite. The patio is very spacey with lots of seating. The community pool is just across the street. Tina was very helpful! We will surely be returning.

This is an expansive condo that has absolutely everything you need for a beautiful stay in the desert. The owner is delightful and very communicative. While we were there my husband was already making plans to rent again for a boys golf trip. The patio is huge. Love the morning sunrise. The kitchen has anything and everything needed to prepare meals. We will be back!

Property was fantastic, completely exceeded my expectations as the spaciousness of the condo and the outside areas were much larger than the pictures do it justice. We absolutely loved the patio area!! All the bedrooms stayed very dark and quiet so everyone slept wonderfully, and it definitely felt more like a single family home than a condo as you wouldn't even know you shared a wall. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway and is perfect a group of four to six.

This home is beautiful just as the pictures display. The bedrooms are separated in different locations in the house with an en-suite bathroom offering lots of privacy for groups. The kitchen has everything you need and the whole house is so comfortable that it does not feel like a rental, it feels like home. We were on a group golf trip and really enjoyed watching the golfers hit over water on the number six green of the PGA West Stadium course. We enjoyed playing this course with our group and dropping into her home for a quick refreshment. The owners take very good care of this home and welcomed us when we arrived. Check-in was so easy and they made sure everything was perfect for us. We will Definitely rent here again.
