Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pile dirty towels in the respective bathrooms or in the hallway outside the laundry room. Strip beds and put sheets in the hallway outside of the laundry room. Load dishwasher and start the cycle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 2 cars on the driveway and no overnight cars parked on the street.
No parties or groups over 8 allowed on the property. Violation of HOA rules & noise will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and possible eviction.
Loss of house key or garage door remote opener will result in $25 cost deducted from deposit for each item.
