Elegant contemporary 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath townhome in a gorgeous, tranquil setting:

Located on the water in the gated Palmer Residence community of PGA West, this condo boasts beautiful views of a multi-level lake complete with waterfalls, palm trees and an abundance of flowers.

Recently remodeled, this condo is exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The furnishings and amenities were thoughtfully selected to maximize our guest's comfort and vacation experience. Luxury linens, plush mattresses and contemporary ceiling fans in every bedroom ensure a restful night's sleep. Each bathroom has a spa like feel created by chic modern fixtures, large scale tiles and simple yet sophisticated decor.

A fully stocked kitchen complete with high-end appliances and quartz counter tops makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure. If you prefer to cook outside, we have a gas infrared BBQ grill and dinning set on the patio overlooking the water. This is also the perfect place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

For your entertainment, there are 3 high-end, flat screen HDTVs, 2 blu ray DVD players and an assortment of games and puzzles.

We provide wireless high speed internet, a wireless air printer, digital cable and unlimited calling throughout the US and Canada.

For peace of mind, there is a local property manager, just a phone call away, to assist you with any questions or concerns that may arise over the course of your stay.

Booking was a breeze! The unit was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with beautiful dishes, glassware and high end appliances. The views were stunning and our family enjoyed riding the provided bikes and golf in the area. The gated community was whisper quiet and people were so friendly. Our host was a text away and willing to help with anything we needed. It was a truly wonderful vacation!

Beautiful location

We really enjoyed staying at this condo at PGA West. The grounds are beautiful. A big highlight for us was seeing the big horn sheep coming down the mountain and hanging out on the golf course. The condo is clean and comfortable for our family of 5. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pools and spas and walking around.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place. Very clean and everything worked as expected. Nice little patio with a BBQ, overlooking a small lake. The grounds were well maintained. The pool is very close to the condo and has nice views of the mountains. The place has everything we needed and there were lots of little extras that I did not expect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to people looking to stay in the area.

PGA west stay

This was a great property and was nicer than the photos showed. We did have the pool to ourselves most days which was a short walk from the home. Communication was easy with host and manager but was really never needed.

Terrific place

The most accurate thing I can say about this townhome is that it lived up to every one of my expectations and more. Very nice and roomy, clean and airy, great location with a lake and pool just steps from the back patio, and fantastic customer service by Corrie. Our group comes to Coachella each year and is used to overpaying for relatively average accommodations the majority of the time, but I absolutely feel like we got our money's worth staying here. Would 100% look to stay here again in the future.

Gorgeous town home!

We had an amazing long weekend in this beautiful town home. the property is quiet and well-maintained and the accommodations were perfect for us. We bbq and cooked in and found every convenience we needed. The only negative i can say is the pool was very dirty and never cleaned the 3 days we were there over 4th of July weekend. Not the hosts fault - they were amazing. We'd love to stay again!

Beautiful property in a beautiful community

This is our second stay in PGA West. It is ideal for our family with young children in this time of social distancing. There are 3 pools within about 100 yards of this unit. The closest is about 50 yards away. We swam every dau and we were always the only people using the pool. The grounds are beutifully maintained and traffic is light. Family walks in the neighborhood were very pleasant. The unit was very well maintained, well stocked, and was very clean. It is bright and airy and comfortable. Everything is as nice as the pictures. It was a great stay. We will definitely return to PGA West and we would choose this unit if it was available. Thank you to the owners for being great hosts!

Premium Condo with a Great Location in PGA West

Stayed three nights over Christmas weekend. Condo is fantastic with a great patio with BBQ 25 feet from a huge pond/water feature. Two car garage. Condo had everything for a great weekend. Bring your food and drink and you are ready to go. Three pools and jacuzzi within in walking distance, views of the golf course. Ralph's and a couple restaurants three miles away, plus Old LA Quinta just 10 minutes away with a bunch more restaurants. If you are thinking of PGA West, this unit deserves strong consideration.

Fabulous Experience

We are a family of four from Seattle, WA who enjoy traveling, cooking, tennis, golfing, and skiing. As fond as we are of our home town, we were looking for a dry, sunny respite from our typical grey, wet Northwest winters. Our condo in PGA West has been just that for us!

Why they chose this property

Upon our first visit, we were so impressed with the beautiful landscaping throughout PGA West. We loved the fragrance of the flowers and enjoyed picking fruit from numerous mature citrus trees around the complex. The rugged Santa Rosa Mountains border the Palmer Residence and provide a gorgeous back drop, contrasting with the bright blue desert sky. The mountains are just as dramatic at night when lights from below illuminate them with a warm glow.
