5 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home in quiet neighborhood only minutes from campus and Sanford Stadium! With well appointed bedrooms and amenities to comfortably sleep 10 people, our home will be the perfect home base for your family and friends when you visit Athens! Our large family room and kitchen spill out to a multi-level deck, also equipped with a flat-screen TV, so you won't miss a single play of the game. There are two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, both with King beds. Three other bedrooms upstairs offer 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. We also have an Ahh-Mazing fenced green space with a pool, pickle ball court, basketball, fire pit and putting green to keep you and your family entertained when you aren’t exploring all that Athens has to offer! It’s paradise in the city!

I'm Stephanie and along with my husband, we have raised three great kids in the town of our alma mater, the University of Georgia! We love football, spending time with family, hosting dinner club, and traveling to new places when our schedule allows!
What makes this property unique
With space to spread out, this home is the ultimate entertaining spot! The dining room seats 8 -10 and the deck gives us plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the beautiful back yard.
