Great vacation spot

We had such a great time, the property was great. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stalked with everything to make cooking simple and easy. The host was amazing and very accommodating and always quick to respond. The river was so close to the house, just a quick walk down the stairs. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Experience

We stayed because we were on a business trip and the neighborhood was quiet the beds were comfortable. The house was super clean. Cooking was easy with all the pots, pans, and dishes. We don't like going out to eat every night so it was convenient to eat lunch and dinner there! Highly recommend

Well stocked & lovey decor!

We really enjoyed our stay at Julie's river home. Julie was very easy to work with and promptly replied to our inquiries. The home was even better than the photos - with very tasteful decor and an extremely well stocked kitchen. We will definitely choose to return to this lovely river home. Hope our rave review doesn't mean this rental will be booked on dates we hope to reserve in the future!

Dual fun

This property was beautiful on the inside and out. Near the river and a cute fun beach within a 2 minute walk. Also it was fun to wake up and have coffee on the porch watching the golfers. The whole community was very friendly. Julie was easy to communicate with and easy to get ahold of. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth trip!

Perfect Escape

Julies place was awesome. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, back patio was awesome, and location to the water was the greatest. Communication with Julie was quick. Only thing that was the oven did not work. Slight inconvenience, but our group managed. Overall, we would stay again.

Nice spot on the golf course

Great location on the river. Unit was cute and well equipped. Having a provided launch pass was a definite bonus. I loved having coffee on the porch each morning. The complex was great but it’s important to know the boat parking is very limited as cars also park in the boat spots and the spaces are super tight side by side spaces you back in to (30ft boat). Owner communicated that the oven was having issues 2 days before arrival, so that was disappointing as we book vacation homes to have a space to cook on our trips. All in all it’s a great space with wonderful suggestions from the hosts for things to do in the area.

Great place for a getaway on the river

We went out to Julie's place for a family (6 adults) boating trip on the river. Home is very nice. Pictures are accurate. Clean and all updated furniture.. We rented a slip in Needles Marina which is super close. Julie has a pass for Jack Smith but we prefer to not deal with pulling the boat in and out of the water. My son golfed 2 mornings on the golf course that the condo back up to. He enjoyed it. The back porch with the golf course view is nice. Only downside was my sons wanted to watch the Angels game season opener and the TV (internet based) was super slow and keep buffering/loading making it very difficult to watch the game. I'd recommend this place for a nice place to stay in Needles!

We go to the river once a month in the summer and this house is one of the nicest ones that we have rented. Nicely decorated, very clean and plenty of room for everyone. A great place to stay!

Our family has been enjoying this section of the Colorado River for 20yrs. We are so excited to be able to have a permanent home base there. We want to share it with friends, family and with fellow river enthusiasts.

Why they chose this property

When you first enter the front door, you can exhale the stress of the day. Our home is light and airy and comfortable. Enjoy the fully appointed kitchen, and family sized great room. The best place in the house is the back patio. Have a cup of coffee in the morning before a day of fun on the water. At the end of that day, watch the sun set over the golf course and the mountains, with a cocktail in hand. Throw some steaks on the grill and the day is complete.
