Enjoy an amazing family vacation at a lakeside cottage. Point Sebago Resort is a great family vacation spot with endless entertainment and activities for all ages. Your rental includes access to all resort amenities; the 18-hole golf course, marina with watercraft rentals, daily adult happy hour, family entertainment nightly, snack & tiki bar and much more!

This property is located a minute walk to the beautiful Sebago Lake, No golf cart needed! You will be staying in a 648 sq. ft. unit which includes two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with twin bunk beds, a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room area that contains a pull-out-bed and a futon, and a back deck that includes a patio table with chairs and a gas grill. Parking in front of property for three cars and fire pit. Complimentary internet and Wi-Fi. Laundry facilities and Golf Cart rentals are also available through the Point Sebago.

Full listing of resort amenities (golf clinics with PGA professionals, driving range, pro shop, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, horseshoes, shuffleboard, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, Bingo, general store, arcade, lakeside restaurant and 19th hole restaurant and lounge), and themed weekends (see Point Sebago website for specific themed weekends).

Cancelation Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

New Point Sebago Policy - Point Sebago will now be charging 10.00$ per person per day. This is a separate charge that goes to PS when the welcome packet is filled out.

Wonderful week

We really enjoyed our stay at Point Sebago. Jenna was in constant contact prior to the trip. The only issues we had was that the VRBO listing showed that it was a 2 bed 2 bath and in reality was only one bath. We also had trouble having enough hot water for four of us to shower. Jenna stated that she was replacing the hot water heater. Overall it was a great trip.

Quiet vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Point Sebago. Many activities particularly for younger kids and teens. Fun for adults too. this property is great. Peaceful and yet close to all activities. you can get around by bike or golf cart. The lake is beautiful. Recommend a boat rental and hanging at the sand bar. Staff was friendly and helpful at the various locations within the resort. Very relaxing. Portland and Old Orchard Beach are nice for day trips. Thank you Jenna for the opportunity to use your home. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Extremely disappointed

My family and I have been going to point sebago resort for 13 years. We usually rent directly from the resort but decided to try privately renting hoping to get a rental that someone owned and took pride in. We spent many years renting and being surprised at what we were walking into the day our vacation started and always disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of second bedroom for the kids. This wasn’t any different. The rental looked exactly like a point sebago rental. Poorly cleaned, the toilet was still dirty,it smelled of mold and the draws were so musty smelling that you dare not put your clean clothes in any drawers. The kitchen items were so disgusting that you could not even use them. We were not left with any toilet paper so I had to buy several rolls throughout the week. It was said to make sure if you use the grill to clean it but it was disgusting. I had to buy a grill brush so we could use it. The outside was littered with trash and the deck was so dirty we never sat out there. We are usually tent campers so we are used to roughing it. This felt like tent camping under a solid roof for a crazy amount of money for what we were provided with. I had reached out to the owner and mentioned that the property looked like it was broken into and also the fridge did not seem to be cold. She did respond immediately and had someone check it out but then never heard from her again and all communication is through the website. As I said, we were extremely disappointed

Hi Jill, I am very sorry to hear that your stay at 30 Purple Road was disappointing. I do take pride in my property and I do have a cleaning person come in after every stay. This is the first time someone has been disappointed. Since this isn’t the first time you have been disappointed by Point Sebago, maybe you should try a different vacation spot.

A Beautiful Vacation on Sebago Lake

This cottage was in the perfect location, just 30 seconds from the beach and Tiki Bar. Although we did rent a golf cart for a few days, there was no need for it in this location. We loved sitting on the back deck having dinner after grilling it in the huge grill. Each night we enjoyed the firepit. We would love to stay here again!
