About this property

Country village house located 500 meters from the sandy beach

At the heart of the Landing sites and access on foot to a 15km sandy beach, between Courseulles and Port en Bessin near Caen and Bayeux with its cathedral and its tapestry, a semi-detached gite pleasantly furnished with terrace (Garden furniture , barbecue parasol) and small private garden.
Ground floor: kitchen: Microwave, Dishwasher, fridge freezer combi, Senseo, living room (TV, DVD, Hi Fi-WIFI), bathroom, separate WC, washing machine. Upstairs: WC 2 bedrooms (1 = 140 bed, 1 = BZ 140 Dunlopillo + mezzanine bed 0. 90),. Baby equipment on request. Possibility to rent sheets and towels. Private parking. 1.5 km from Arromanches and 1 km from Asnelles from all shops.

On arrival you will have to pay the owner:
-A refundable deposit of € 300
-The tourist tax of 0. 80 € per adult and per night
-The end of stay cleaning option of 35 € if you wish
-The household linen option of 10 € if you wish
-The option of bed linen and towels of 10 € per person if you wish.
These three options will be indicated on the reservation contract that we will send you.
